Per me il miglior abbinamento possibile in termini complessivi (qualità e compattezza) con la gx800 è il 20mm. È una lente che ho avuto, venduta solo per prendere il 25 PanaLeica, ha una qualità stratosferica ed ha proprio una bella resa fotografica.

Come kit invece ci vedo bene il 12-32 che hai (se non ha problemi ottici non farti troppi problemi), oppure anche il buon 14-42 pz (quello motorizzato), che ho avuto e che riguardando le foto del mio archivio trovo che sia ottimo.
Il 12-60 lo trovo un po' sproporzionato. Al limite il miglior kit è il vecchio 14-45. Ha una grandezza media ed è leggero. Se ti dovesse interessare io ne ho uno praticamente nuovo (no botte o righe) che vendo perché sono passato al 12-60 PanaLeica (che monto su gx7).

Del 20mm trovi la mk1 e la mk2. Hanno prezzi usati sotto i 200 € (nel mercatino 180 € attualmente), soprattutto l'mk1. Tra le due versioni otticamente non c'è differenza, forse qualche piccolissimo miglioramento nei trattamenti antiriflesso e nell'AF. La differenza più grande è il look estetico.

Il mio 14-45 era un affare, indistinguibile dal nuovo, ma purtroppo è andato!
