Io uso il meccanico solo:
- se ci sono luci artificiali;
- se uso il flash;
- se ci sono cose nella scena che si muovono/ruotano molto velocemente.

Il 99% delle mie foto sono con otturatore elettronico, non trovandomi praticamente mai in quelle condizioni sopra descritte.
Su YT i canali Pal2Tech e Promirrorless hanno fatto dei video a riguardo dedicati all'otturatore sulle Fuji.

Conviene impostare il doppio otturatore: funziona sempre in meccanico tranne quando evitare la sovraesposizione in A

Per chi fa ritratti usare l'otturatore elettronico è quasi sempre un problema perché il modello/modella non riuscendo a sentire alcun rumore non sa mai se il fotografo ha scattato la foto oppure no. Poi in altri generi fotografici l'otturatore silenzioso può essere un vantaggio. In sintesi ognuno ha i pro e i contro. Infine alcune fotocamere in modalità otturatore elettronico non fanno scattare il flash
