Ciao non ho le due lenti in questione ma mi sono documentato parecchio e se dovessi scegliere tra le due penso che punterei al 24-70. Lente di progettazione più recente qualità ottica un po' superiore, nitidezza maggiore, distorsione minore a 24 ma sopratutto meno altalenanza tra modello e modello. È vero si sacrificano 35 mm ma se hai in previsione un 70-200 punterei al 24-70. il 24-105 di seconda generazione pare sia meglio del primo anche se non di tantissimo ma il prezzo non è molto competitivo ancora. È valido anche il consiglio di provare a cercare un 24 105 nelle tue zone per poterlo provare e giudicare personalmente la qualità dell'esemplare nonche verificare l'anno di produzione per il possibile problema che hai citato.

Prendi in considerazione anche il 24-105 Sigma! Dicono tutti che sia decisamente meglio del corrispettivo Canon, e avresti anche quei 35mm in più rispetto al 70

Quando presi la 6D, ho avuto entrambe le lenti e dovendone sacrificare una, ho preferito vendere il 24-105.
Notai subito minor distorsione e resa generale migliore, alla fine ho sacrificato quei 35mm per una lente più recente con: stabilizzazione migliore, maggior resistenza al flare e maggior compattezza, inoltre la funzione macro lo rende secondo me un po' più tuttofare.
