Anche fossero, sarebbe comunque conveniente...
Livolsi è a Milano, dubito ti faccia pagare in sterline. Anche se l'ottica l'hanno spedita in uk.

si si,confermo 147euro IVA compresa,la gestione viene fatta da Livolsi,anche il bonifico è intestato a loro e fatto a una banca di Milano.
Io ho spedito direttamente a loro,senza negozianti intermediari,il giorno dopo la spedizione mi hanno subito inviato una mail...Adesso vediamo quanto tempo passa per riaverlo,comunque se non sbaglio entro 20 giorni dall'apertura pratica dovrebbero rispedirlo sistemato.Per accelerare i tempi richiedono anche il CRO del bonifico.

@Dettofatto quel che gli è successo è un segreto MrGreen ma ha lo stesso problema del 10-24 in questione.
Portato del negoziante, che lo ha inviato a Milano e ora credo sia in UK...

Ora mi ha scritto che la casa madre lo sta riparando.

Non ho ben capito se in garanzia o meno. ma spero di sì, altrimenti mi avrebbero chiesto il pagamento. Confuso

Io per un 24-105 L spesi 260€ mi pare, accettai e la lente tornò come nuova (mi mandarono anche i pezzi sostituiti assieme all'obiettivo.

spesi identica (come Valdo) cifra per un 24-105, per analogo danno, che non tornò mai come prima ed aspettai 40gg. Cs di Roma. Sono pure antipatici.
E mi trattarono pure come un poveraccio.
