In linea di principio se un confronto si deve fare lo si deve fare quanto più completo sia possibile ... altrimenti è molto meglio lasciar perdere.
La qual cosa significa innanzitutto che gli obiettivi devono essere testati a tutte le focali e a tutti i diaframmi, e poi bisogna cercare di considerare anche altri fattori che vanno oltre la semplice nitidezza ... la piacevolezza dello sfocato per esempio, la costruzione, la resa in controluce ecc. ecc.
Comunque sia io, per non sapere né leggere né scrivere (come si suol dire) lo Stato dell'Arte l'ho finalmente acquistato poco meno di un anno fa ma nel contempo, il mio 70-200/4 L IS, mi sono guadato bene dal darlo via perché ci sono situazioni nelle quali pesi e ingombri dimezzati, uniti alla possibilità di vedere danneggiato un obiettivo che comunque sia costa la metà dell'altro, possono risultare dei valori di gran lunga più importanti della nitidezza, superiore nell'IS II o della qualità dello sfocato che nell'IS II è addirittura superiore, chiaramente a parità di focale e diaframma, rispetto a quella del 135/2 L.

Per l'amor di Dio... io ho avuto il 4 IS e non ne posso che parlare bene,il 2,8 IS II è un altro pianeta.
Se dai un occhiata alle recensioni ne parlano tutti bene e il voto che ha preso la dice lunga, conosco fotografi di moda che usano il 2,8 IS II al posto dei fissi luminosi.
Ho fatto un sacrificio economico e me lo sono preso,del 4 IS rimpiango solo la leggerezza Sorriso
