Ivan, per il bianconeto direi di cominciare con le impostazioni suggerite da Ruggi.
Se preferisci un BN meno contrasto prova con B&W Green Filter invece di Red Filter.

Per il colore starei su Standard o Provia (ma non so se le impostazioni sono uguali alla mia X100T) e proverei a variare di poco i valori di nitidezza, contrasto, ombre e luci.

Credo che il Silver Efex sia ora gratuito. Non ricordo se è il Pro.
