Io invece ho fatto il contrario.Dalla 5d mk3 sono passato alla 6d.Usando ottiche MF sono di nuovo riuscito a mettere a fuoco in modo preciso.in più ho recuperato 1350 euro.Eseguo moltissimi ritratti e per me la messa a fuoco è solo ed esclusivamente con il punto centrale.
Per quanto riguarda lo zoom io prenderei il 24-105.
Non mi piace giocare a ping-pong.
Trovo la focale 24-70 una focale corta, zoppa.
È però il perfetto abbinamento con un 70-200.
Il 14, su full frame, metterà in luce tutti i suoi difetti....

Quindi nei ritratti prima metti a fuoco col centrale nella zona che ti interessa in one shot, e poi fai la micro regolazione in manuale?

No. Mi trovo bene con la 6D.Mai riprenderei la 5d mk3.
Nei ritratti metto a fuoco con il centrale, compongo e scatto.( quando uso obiettivi autofocus)

Usare il centrale e ricomporre dà quasi sempre risultati lusinghieri anche a elevate aperture di diaframma; uso un laterale quando voglio essere più veloce, a costo di una piccola percentuale di errori. Questo con 5D e 5DmkII

L'unica cosa che mi fa venire in dubbio tra 6d e 5d3 è proprio l'avere problemi di fuoco (centrale e ricomporre).. Quindi dici che posso andare di 6d senza problemi?

io invece ti consiglio il canon 24 70 2.8 prima serie... ho avuto tutti e tre ... f4 è una lente precisina ma senza anima... il tamron a mio parere anche se stabilizzato è inferiore al 24 70 canon 1 serie... altri colori e sfocato... le foto col canon 2.8 mi son sempre piaciute quasi tutte... delle altre due lenti mai nessuna mi ha colpito..
opinione personale ma è cosi...;-)

Posso dirti che io farei la stessa cosa con il 24 105 f4 canon, in termini di autofocus senza dubbio il Canon... Ma siamo nell'ordine di pochissimo.
La differenza credo la faccia la 6d... In grado di mettere a fuoco anche al buio.

In questi giorni attendo l'arrivo del Tamron 70 200 VC 2.8, speriamo bene
