Ci aggiungerei che molte cose buone in questo paese sono nate dal basso e che la fatica quando è servita è stata sempre affrontata, le complicazioni sorgono sempre dopo, nelle deleghe al controllo i cui strumenti più affilati sono quelli che citi.

Oltretutto, se chi realizza la [negozio 24] hoc, riesce a pubblicarla qualche giorno prima della fine del contest, il giudice di turno ha modo di valutarla con più calma...ergo...viva i 10 gg!

si defisce l'orario in cui viene pubblicati il titolo ad es h 15:00
si definisce il tempo ad es 3 ore
chi ha postato entro le 18:00 viene considerato....
