ho installato il programma per calibrare il mio Benq SW240, però non inizia la procedura con X-Rite Studio, come posso risolvere? Grazie!!

ciao, hai collegato il monitor al pc con il cavo usb?

Aggiungo: la sonda va collegata tramite le porte USB sul fianco sinistro del monitor, e il PC tramite le USB che si trovano sotto.

Se il PC non ha porte USB-C, per la calibrazione si usa l'USB-B (quella "quadrata") mentre il monitor va collegato normalmente con HDMI o DVI o DisplayPort:

Se invece sia il PC che il monitor hanno l'USB-C questa serve sia per la calibrazione che per il normale collegamento.

Ma ci sono altri casi in cui si può usare un adattatore, illustrati all'inizio del manuale di Palette Master Elements:
