Salve a tutti ho comprato l'obiettivo fuji 10-24 mm. in offerta perchè ha un cashback di 300 euro ma la fuji mi ha rifiutato la richiesta. Qualcuna lo ha già fatto e mi sa dare un consiglio?

il venditore è tra i rivenditori autorizzati, se l'hai comprato nuovo e con garanzia italia è strano che abbiano rifiutato la richiesta. Io ho avuto a che fare con il cashback per la X100F e non ho avuto nessun problema (inviando scontrino e dichiarazione di vendita con numero di serie indicato e foto del numero di serie della scatola). Se hai tutti "i documenti" in ordine forse ti conviene scrivere direttamente a fuji chiedendo lumi se non hanno dato motivazioni valide per il rifiuto.

grazie cercherò di contattare fuji perchè mi sembra tutto in regola, il cashback sul 10-24 mm era di 300 euro, per questo mi sono convinto ad acquistarlo.

I 300 euro del Cashback per il 10-24 valgono anche per l'acquisto della singola ottica.

Occhio che quelle su Amazon molto spesso sono ottiche di importazione europea,il cashback funziona solo sui prodotti garanzia Italia.

Amazon.it vende comunque ottiche d'importazione.
Ho preso recentemente da loro un Tamron 17/28 con garanzia spagnola (venduto e spedito da Amazon.it)
A quel prezzo comunque è ottimo visto che è praticamente quello scontato dal cashback (il 10-24 costa sui 950-900 euro di listino)

Si pero' effettivamente sul sito fuji dice che i prodotti venduti e spediti da Amazon rientrano ,pero' secondo me visto che amazon non pubblicizza la cosa mi sa che c'e' un grande punto interrogativo al limite se danno parer negativo lo si puo sempre mandare indietro ma non so se si rientra con i tempi di risposta da parte di fuji

Caspita che tentazione... a conti fatti un'ottica da oltre 900€ viene via a poco più di un terzo! Eeeek!!!

Nell'attesa di qualche altra notizia utile l'ho infilata nel carrello di amazon MrGreen

Intanto sarebbe interessante perchè hanno rifiutato il rimborso all'autore della discussione Confuso

Grazie a tutti credo di aver risolto ho contattato Fuji italia e ho rifatto la richiesta. Per quanto riguarda l'obiettivo L'ho pagato 882 euro meno il cashback di 300 sono 582 euro praticamente meno dell'usato, per questo L'ho preso e mi trovo benissimo anche se lo uso da una decina di giorni.
