Essendo un contest con giuria popolare non penso abbia molto senso mettere linee guida troppo precise.
Io l'ho inteso nel modo più classico, ho già visto scatti con una visone più particolare,come uno scorcio cittadino, oppure monumenti che identificano una città.
Magari alcuni risulteranno fuori tema, alcuni troppo banali ma alla fine i voti di tutti decreteranno la bontà e l'attinenza della foto col tema.
