Il 15 settembre Canon annuncerà Canon EOS M5, nuova mirrorless che sostituisce la M3 (la versione numero 4 è stata saltata).

Caratteristiche :

Sensore da 24 megapixel
Miglioramenti all'autofocus (probabilmente un'evoluzione del Dual CMOS AF)
Mirino elettronico integrato
obiettivo kit EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM

Beh se restano confermati questi tre punti:
- 24.2mp (80D sensor or some variant, we're 90% sure on this)
- Built-in electronic viewfinder
- A new AF system (Could be the best new feature of the EOS M line)

avremo finalmente una ML Canon da consigliare.

a) EVF degno dei tempi contemporanei
b) AF cazzuto

Sarà più interessante se decideranno di investire di più nel parco ottiche. Non dico arrivare a coprire tutte le esigenze (lato lunghe focali va bene adattare le ottiche EF) ma almeno quelli di uso più comune devono arrivare.

concordo, se quanto sopra sarà confermato avremo un buon corpo ML Canon con EVF (principale mancanza delle precedenti secondo me), af migliore e sensore top (per aps-c) a cui mancheranno solo lenti native da montare davanti, magari una serie di fissi piccoli e luminosi come il 22 f/2 che coprono le focali standard (24-50-85 equivalenti)

poi sarebbe grande come una reflex e quindi abbastanza inutile...tanto vale prendere una reflex
uno dei vantaggi delle ml è appunto il tiraggio corto che permette sia di contenere le dimensioni sia di attaccare tramite adattatori le lenti vintage

Seguo perché interessato.
Il EF-M 18-150/3.5-6.3 è il primo obiettivo Canon che vedo sforare la barriera del f/5.6 alla massima focale.

vero! evidentemente su ML hanno meno remore dovute all'AF - un'ottica f6.3 non potrebbe focheggiare su molti corpi reflex, e Canon finora non ha mai rilasciato obiettivi non retrocompatibili.

per quanto riguarda la stabilizzazione, gli obiettivi canon ef-m come sono, quanti stop si recuperano?(peccato che ci sono pochi obiettivi ef-m)...rispetto per esempio a olympus em10 II che dovrebbe recuperare 4 stop, come si comporta?
