Ciao a tutti, su 5d III e 7d II ho 70 200 II con 1.4x III, vorrei aumentare la gittata, qualcuno ha provato il 2x III su 70 200 II a confronto con il nuovo 100 400 II?

Il 70 200 duplicato se la gioca con la prima serie del 100 400. Il 2 a quanto dicono è un altro pianeta

Il il 70-200 II con il 2x é praticamente come liscio, rallenta solo l'autofocus

Il 70/200 col 2x iii ha una buonissima qualità d'immagine, ma non esageriamo a dire che è pari al liscio.
Ti consiglio di andare di 2x solo se l'uso di un tele oltre i 280 mm è sporadico.
Altrimenti considera il sempre valido 400 5.6, se invece il budget te lo consente prendi pure il 100 / 400 is ii

Ho provato il 70-200 2,8 II con 2x III e non mi pare perda di velocità l'autofocus né va in crisi per la perdita di due spot, anche se l'ho provato con condizioni di luce ideali. Io lo comprerò anche perché costa meno del 100-400, ovvio se uno non ha problemi di soldi....

Il 70-200IS II, duplicato, si comporta in modo assolutamente dignitoso, tuttavia non può competere con il 100-400IS II.
Qui duplicato (400mm) su 7D2:

A focali inferiori la forbice stranamente si amplia, con il 70-200+2X che non regge assolutamente più il confronto.Eeeek!!!

Non posso fare il confronto ma devo dire che questo 100-400 II è ottimo davvero.
A 400mm. va nettamente meglio del vecchio modello.

il 100-400 is ll perde l'af con l'extender 1.4x lll
