Pros: Great sharpness at all F stops, wonderful portrait lens . No aberrations and great contrast. Very smooth focussing ring.

Cons: Heavy and a bit expensive but you are getting the best.

Opinion: I took this lovely lens with me to Namibia and I loved using it to shoot portraits and faces from Namibia.The lens is a bit heavy for my age . You will come to know its potential when you use it as see the results and compare them to shots using other AF lenses.
