Pros: very cheap, much value for the money, well built, surprisingly good image quality, usable wide open, good low light usability, good portrait lens, simple firmway update

As far as I know it is an old Canon lens produced under doubtful conditions by a former make-to-order manufacturer of the great companies. The first firmware versions seem to be outdated, so it is important to upgrade. Which is easily possible by an usb port at the lens. You don't even need an extra dock device. After that necessary step the exposure works acceptably well.
