Opinion: Perfectly crafted.
Contrast and sharpness are good from 1.2, although there is some blur near the outer edges of the frame. The vignetting is moderate, so is the distortion. CA does not disturb either. The images, while not perfect, are free of those artefacts that used to scream "look, this is a fast lens at total aperture" - you may call it a "modern" lens.
Shooting against the light will leave the blacks black. Only in some circumstances will you get some flare (with the sun coming from the side).
For night shots, the contrast and absence of bleeding is a plus, while the coma is annoying at large apertures. So you could say that the lense is more for "low light" than "night"(which is more about strong, concentrated light sources). In practice, aperture for night shots is rather f/2.8, so coma is not a real issue unless your subject is the starry sky.
And since this is a MF lens, I can only say that the focussing action is very agreeable, with a reasonable throw and reasonable softness, as is the case with all Voigtländers. Together with modern focussing aids, you probably won't miss AF.
