Let's get to the impressions...... damn what a lens, a workmanship with attention to the smallest details from the rear cap with the protrusion for the grip which not even Nikon mom has ever done so much the caps are all the same as the metal lens hood that does not make you take better photos but makes you understand with what criterion this lens was built. I had the 35mm f1.8 from Viltrox which is a great lens for the cost it has but that's another planet. Take two shots on the fly as soon as you open it and you immediately understand that the music is high class, I will soon publish some files without any processing so that you can see the real result. In any case, those who buy it hardly regret it.... OPINION PART 2: found autofocus uncertainty in night shots, if you do not select an area with decent contrast the autofocus hesitates a lot, it is not a drama but the Nikon 14-30 does not make all this effort, in optimal conditions it is worth laughing during the day I have not yet had the opportunity to test it but as soon as possible I update.

Opinion: It's not a small lens, it's quite demanding in terms of size, but like many lenses, even full frame, the large aperture, which is not for me a feature sought after in a wide-angle lens, and the performance often involve an increase in size. I prefer it to the Fuji 14mm which was already a good optic. The diaphragm has no click but is a choice. The color rendering is different from that of other Fuji lenses, in fact I use it together with other Viltrox 23, 33, 56 and 85. The price is also affordable and doesn't hurt.
