Pros: Crisp, light, excellent and loyal colors, quality/price ratio

Cons: Nothing or almost

Opinion: Purchased used at a really derisial price compared to the original one (the lens is no longer produced by Tamron). I matched it to a Nikon camera body. The version for this House, compared to the version for Canon, requires a camera body with its own AF motor in order to avoid using the lens with the manual focus. I almost always match it with a D7200. I also have a D5300 and in this case I have to use the manual focus which is really simple view the focal. I'm very happy with the choice. Very high value for money, crisp shots, loyal colors and a corner of the field that allows scenic shots or incredible views for buildings/architectures within walking distance. At the minimum focal length (11mm) You can have a slight loss of sharpness at the edges. The barrel deformation can be easily managed (eye to the tilt position of the chamber), deformation that in some shots can be desired to give a particular effect to the composition. The lens is light but also a bit noisy during the AF in which the ring of the distance reference rotates. The materials are in line with the cost of the target. I like the lens hood with bayonet mount, simple but precise and stable in the seat. I matched a UV filter (mostly for lens protection) from 77mm that integrates perfectly and that does not trouble the insertion of the CAP. One of the possible minus is in the brightness (it's an F/4.5 to 11mm) but honestly for the types of shots that I usually do is not a problem. At most you use the tripod for very slow times when you need more light. Excellent yield and sharpness for openings between F/8 and F/11. A very clear purchase. For me money spent very well. I recommend it.

Pros: All!

Cons: A little dark

Opinion: I managed to accaparrarmi this light used for 200 € and I must say it was one of the best cost of my life! RnOvviamente must be passionate about the landscape because the zoom range of this lens allows almost exclusively that, but in his field has no equal (of course if you do not want to shell out hundreds of euro more) .rnUnico sore point is the f / 4.5-5.6 that makes it a little dark but, leaning to the phrase before, is done for the landscape and so like it or not is always recommended the use of the tripod.

Pros: Weight, Size, Color and Sharpness spectacular

Cons: A little dark

Opinion: I own this Tamron about a week and it was love at first sight. Excellent construction, as well sharpness at the edges and especially beautiful colors saturated. The only drawback is a little dark, in fact to be a f 4.5-5.6 is not the maximum brightness but just slightly increase the ISO and you've solved the problem. I paid only 170 € and if used for landscaping will give you great satisfaction of the kind of night with tripod. Surely others Ultragrandangoli as the Sigma 10-20 or the Tokina 11-20 will be more bright (f2.8) metal construction and AF quicker but certainly not worth the money they cost. For what it costs I'll used this Tamron 11-18mm straconsiglio.rnrnrnrnPierluigi

Pros: Light, af fast, the price of used.

Cons: Distortion at the sides to 11mm

Opinion: Money ... 10 vote only paid 140 euro for a wide-angle, good yield of day, in the evening with Tripod gives you great satisfaction .. the tokina 11 16 will also be higher but not worth all that extra money. rn

Pros: Focal length, good construction, easy to handle

Cons: No defects, for now, found.

Opinion: I do amateur photos, and it ''s my first optical non Nikon (use a D200 with the classic 18.70 and a wonderful 50mm Nikon also it), I bought the Tamron used, (with a bit of fear, never having had lenses of this brand) .but really in very good condition at 190 euro and is giving me results eccellenti.Certo not 'a focal easy to use, but you're comfortable you are having fun and take home beautiful riprese.Ottimo raporto for money (from used).
