Pros: Sharp, very fast, minimum maf distance, non-clinical yield

Cons: I could say not stabilized but it's not a real con honestly

Opinion: Taken as new by a friend, I wanted something more pushed to accompany my 28-70mm f2 GM, I must say that it turned out to be a perfect companion together with the 14mm GM, one of the fastest focuses ever seen, not excessively heavy, very sharp but without being clinical like many GMs, it has a very similar performance to that of the 28-70, I find it magical. It has that character in the blur and especially in backlight that is "dreamy". It's not as settled as the canon of course but in the end on ibis rooms it's not a problem. will definitely stay with me for a long time!

Pros: Extreme sharpness already from 1.8, absence of aberrations and flares, blurred

Cons: Weight, price, front lens dimensions

Opinion: I have had the 135 1.8 for a year and a half now. After doing two seasons of weddings, I started to think that maybe it would be better to centellinarlo, and make it available to customers only with a surcharge in the photo shoot. It is not possible to give up images taken with this lens without being charged more! Seriously, the extreme quality on the whole frame even at TA, excellent sharpness and microcontrast, personality to sell, pictorial blurry. I don't know what flaws it has, apart from the weight. There is also a fire limiter, to make the best use of it in all circumstances. For me the absolute top for portrait, waiting for the 85 1.2 ... The front lens, however, is really subject to dangerous shocks, it must be protected with a UV filter or at least always keeping the hood mounted.

Pros: overall quality, versatility

Cons: a bit the price and weight but obvious for a 135 mm f1.8

Opinion: Well yes, versatile, which for a fixed lens seems a heresy and instead the sony 135 f 1.8 has proved to be such, at least as far as my use is concerned. 1) Perfect portrait lens but also to "steal" the portraits by making strett even at night.2) Excellent for close up, it replaces a macro very well and therefore less weight in the backpack. 3) Perefetto also thanks to its brightness for walks in the coniferous woods where the light is always scarce, (example: foxes, deer, etc .., in apsc becomes a 200mm 1.8!!). Both build and image quality at the highest levels as a gm must be and perfect in combination with the demanding sony a7r4. rating 10!

Pros: everything, it's pretty much perfect

Cons: price, but for the quality it is justified, you are worth all the € spent

Opinion: For me a perfect lens, it has everything you could want from a 135, paired with the A7r4 has a frightening sharpness. At the end of the opening you can see no chromatic aberration, lightning and precise focus, blurry and detachment of the really beautiful plans. Balanced size and weight, feeling of solidity at the highest levels. It's a work of art to me.

Pros: All!

Cons: Don't have it. It's addictive.

Opinion: Top of the mediateles. It has practically no flaws, everything in this lens communicates absolute excellence. Exceptionally sharp already at TA, with a poetic, sweet and creamy bokeh and practically zero obvious optical defects. Incredible how the yield remains constant both to the various diaphragms, and to the variation of the distance of maf. MaF which, by the way, allows excellent close ups. And in manual the ring, even if it does not have a limiter, is clutched in an exemplary way. The A7RIII's 42 mpx only enhances its qualities. It costs dearly, but if you want the top that the market offers it is normal for you to charge. Absolutely balanced size and weight, feeling of solidity at the highest levels. Practically perfect optics.
