Pros: Versatility

Cons: Taking everything into account, it has no defects

Opinion: I state that it is a medium-high quality lens ideal for all those who love to walk given weights and sizes. The focal length from 150 to 600 is useful in some cases and very useful if it is stored in a backpack given its small size. The quality of the file is definitely good. I use it with Leica SL3 and I noticed that if you shoot with a sensor at 36 it performs better than at 60; I didn't try it at 18. Usable without significant loss with 1.4x. Ultimately, given the not excessive costs, it is a perspective to buy and keep.

Pros: Excellent lens in relation to value for money

Cons: Multiplier incompatibility for E-mount version

Opinion: I am really satisfied with this lens, and for someone who has a passion for sharpness is saying something, of course the speech always takes into account its price range, which is still very good in relation to the overall quality. What I regret a bit is the incompatibility with the teleconverters for the E-mount version, but I think this is due to Sony's refusal to make this lens compatible with the dedicated teleconverters in order to direct the purchase of buyers with such needs towards its products. From the Sigma website -Italy : Compatible with SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1411 / TC-2011 (sold separately / only for L-Mount) Compatible with SIGMA USB DOCK UD-11 (sold separately / only for L-Mount)

Pros: Excursion, stabilization, reconfirmed construction quality, yield and for the type, compactness.

Cons: I can't find any.

Opinion: Taken as the only alternative for L-Mount, I confirm the validity of the modification project that Sigma has made for mirrorless cameras, to the already tried and tested Contemporary that I had on Nikon reflexes. Having switched to the L system, not yet mature for the objectives of this type of focal range, the only solution on the market was to choose this one. It does everything well, very fun lens, very sharp and unlike the "C" model for Reflex that already degraded from 500mm this is very sharp even at 600. Super stabilization, fabulous even when handheld. For what it offers and at the price it has it is really fantastic, added value being able to multiply it, even to 2x and from what I read in the various tests on the net it should not lose much. For me passed and vote 10

Pros: Price, Focal Range, Reproduction Ratio, Minimum Focusing Distance, Stabilization, Construction, Yield, Flare Resistance

Cons: Weight, in the E-Mount version the multipliers are not compatible

Opinion: Versatile, high-quality telephoto zoom that I had the pleasure of pairing with my Sony A7IV. After using it for some time, I can say that I was extremely satisfied with its performance. Even if the weight is a bit high, this is an acceptable compromise for such an important lens. The quality/price ratio is excellent, especially if you consider the decent performance compared to its direct competitors. In addition, this lens is very versatile and fun to use. Personally, I've used it to take birdlife, sports, landscapes, and portrait photos, always getting high-quality results. The rendering of the images is sharp and brilliant at all apertures and focal lengths, with a soft and pleasant blur. In addition, the stabilization is surprisingly effective, allowing you to take sharp photos even handheld at 600mm and 1/100th of a second.
