Pros: Size, weight, price, yield

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Used for a year on A7C. Super portable and cheap, good AF, shots with amazing rendering in terms of colors, contrast and sharpness in the center, already at TA. Edge sharpness acceptable, bokeh all in all good. It's my favorite lens of the 3 small Samyang lenses in my kit (18 f2.8, 45 f1.8 and 75 f1.8), perfect for a super light kit paired with the A7C.

Pros: Sharpness, cost, weight

Cons: a swiffer

Opinion: Objective that for the cost it has and the sharpness could already have a vote of 9. A focal length different from the usual 50 that allows you to have different visions. I came from the classic 50 sony but I must say that the af is much faster and quieter. Really high quality, a bit plastic but it's fine. Bag always appreciated that I need a lot especially when I go trekking and I have to change goals. As a weight, you don't even feel it. The only drawback in my opinion but maybe it's mine, I don't know, the dust, it looks like a swiffer that attracts it all. All in all, however, it is perfectly fine.

Pros: Portability, cost-effective.

Cons: For the price, no cons.

Opinion: It is superfluous to write about its lightness and portability, being of small size and "secondary" materials. The quality is proportionate to the price, do not expect any surprises unless you make comparisons with the quality of files obtained with cheap zooms. It is a good / excellent entry level fifty for amateurs, but if you have to face serious sessions where you need a bokè done well and an easy focus even at t.a., then you have to go up at least one step, like the Sony Zeiss 55mm. In my opinion.

Pros: Small, light, economical... but quality

Cons: Nothing considering the cost

Opinion: I would like to spend a few words on the little Samyang house that I've been using for a few months with satisfaction on A7 III. As always I state that my impressions are those of a Sunday amateur photographer, without any artistic or technical ambitions. I come from Nikon (D750) where for a couple of years my favorite lens was the Tamron 45mm. Lens of excellent quality even if with autofocus a bit 'slow but above all focal length that I love because I can do everything. And in fact it was practically glued to the machine. Focal length that I went to look for immediately when I decided to change kit and I bet without fail on the Samyang for its dimensional characteristics. What can I say, after a few shots did not make me regret the old Tamron indeed, in some respects I prefer it such as the blurred that I like more but also the heat (the Tamron was colder). The sharpness is more than enough for my needs, even at full aperture. The autofocus works very well, very quickly and even with eye tracking it is very accurate and effective. The only negative notes, if you want to find them, are the obviously plasticous construction (but still solid) and the very light hood. But at this price it is really impossible to ask for more, indeed they also provide you with a very useful semi-rigid case. The only suggestion should they make a version "mk II" (let's hope not because I could easily give in to temptation) is to add a customizable button that generally turns out to be very useful. For the rest nothing else to say. It costs very little, fits in your pocket and weighs nothing and gives rows for my excellent tastes. Promoted with flying colors. P.s. I was also tempted by the big brother 75mm of the same series "tiny but absolute" but in the end I opted for the Sony 85mm f1.8 but curiosity remains.

Pros: AF speed, sharpness, lightness and compactness, lens bag

Cons: dunno.. many say plastic, yes, but it costs little, nothing transcendental

Opinion: Just taken on offer, for now I would say that it is an excellent optics with an excellent quality / price ratio. Very sharp, very fast and quiet AF speed.. very light and comfortable. Including optical handbag. The blurred is beautiful but not the best, but you can not expect the top from a perspective of this cost .. overall I don't find anything wrong with it and I'm satisfied with the purchase!
