Pros: Optical quality, compactness, excellent construction, tropicalized, very smooth, precise and silent AF (although it does not disturb the noise to me, the result is noteworthy).

Cons: Slow AF, much slower than the FA I got to use on 645z, but it does its duty. FAs are very "snappy", in a way that I did not expect on a system of this type. A minor and very subjective counter... I prefer optics with the aperture ring (they are also adaptable).

Opinion: An excellent (really) low-cost lens. I was amazed by the optical quality absolutely at the height of the sensor of the 645z. Very compact, on this beats only the 75mm, a real pancake. A normal par excellence, very sharp at full opening. If you shoot in the studio I would recommend the zooms, qualitatively excellent even if older, much faster in focusing (I can speak for the 45-85 and 80-160), more versatile but very heavy. Ideal this 55mm so if you want to play with the depth of field traveling light and without fearing too much the weather, given the tropicalization.
