Pros: Excellent replacement (in my humble opinion) of the HD PENTAX-D FA 50mm F1.4. Very light and very performing

Starting from the merits, the compact dimensions (almost invisible) are certainly the strong point, in such a little thickness an exceptional quality. It allows you to focus closely on the subject and the thing that convinced me most was the ease in selectivity in focusing at f / 2.8 of the eyes in the portrait keeping the parts blurred on different planes obtaining a wonderful effect that I had not found in other lenses. Bokeh is not the best, but it is not to be used for this feature. A sore point? The screw lens cap looks like a tablet or a button.... easily can be lost :-)

Pros: Remarkable performance in detail and also a nice blurry despite being only a 40mm f / 2.8.

Cons: I use it this summer and I have not yet found defects.
