Pros: Cheap, lightweight, great build, great zoom

Cons: Poor handling at high zooms due to its lightness

Opinion: It is a nice toy to carry in your pocket every day, certainly you do not have the quality of a reflex or the brightness of a professional lens but ideal for those who want to have a compact with them to take home a memory without many commitments. However it has the possibility to work as a small REFLEX with the various automatisms and save the files in raw which is always appreciated by us amateur photographers, I found the jpg appropriate to the size of the sensor but you know who spends little has but this small Panasonic from well beyond its price. I am happy with this purchase.

Pros: Build quality, portability

Cons: Noise even at low iSO, indecent jpg quality.

Opinion: Taken to avoid taking the REFLEX on holiday, as soon as the package was opened I was impressed with the quality of the materials, the machine is robust and a feeling of handling a quality object. I take the first shots in jpg, just to see what came out and the disappointment was total! Better a good phone, even with a few years on your shoulders! Displaying 100% of the photos are of the same quality as those in juza's gallery, noisy and insensitid. Raw, even when shooting at low iso, are noisy and, even if you don't make the most of zooming, the images are flat and devoid of detail and the chromatic aberrations are wasted. Not that I expected full frame quality, but at least something like a cell phone, with the advantage of a truly remarkable optical zoom. Instead, after 10 shots she is ready to return to Amazon's warehouse.

Pros: zoom, vertically adjustable screen, small but useful viewfinder, efficient stabilizer, direct WI-FI for cell, fps, excellent automatisms

Cons: Piccio's small sensor, the ring comes out, too much from the camera base triggering some unin deliberate function

Opinion: If you need a pocket lens canvas, you just have to buy a cell phone sensor with an erection in front. This compact will then have the defects of a small sensor with the merits of a mobile phone without a phone but that breaks down distances with a decent optical zoom. You will therefore not be able to complain about the sometimes intrusive noise when the light is scarce, the blurry sometimes a little crude, the narrow tonal range, but only thank that you are practically not mistaken a 5cm shot endlessly, having the instrument always in your pocket. For the rest, everything is remedied, with a little experience. This can be the problem: this Panasonic is full of functions for newbies, but in fact it is not for newbies, but for experts who know what they want without getting lost in the depths of rich functions and understand its limits You have your pocket canvas up to 720 mm, use light, be an ISO park and, why not, use abundant FPS and automatic functions. For 250/300 euros enough and honestly a lot progresses. Problem: it is that then the REFLEX often stays at home even when you should not leave it to us.

Pros: Practicality, focus, stratospheric zoom, video quality, raw, adjustable screen

Cons: Luminosity a limited amount, noise.

Opinion: I bought this Panasonic because I was looking for something to keep in my pocket, always at hand, even more practical than the Fuji xe2s I own (and I want to keep). I was impressed! Incredibly fast and easy to use, it allows you to take home the shot in any condition. The zoom is incredible, even if it loses a bit of quality. But I think from a compact of this price you can not expect better. Excellent video quality and smooth stabilization that avoids the "flicker" when you are at maximum zoom. For now I used it only in "Auto" mode, because just wanted to protect the shots at home (for the photos more "reasoned" use the Fuji). But only for this is worth the money I paid (350 on Amazon). Then over time I will try the various modes. The only negative I can feel is the luminosity. Beyond the 800 ISO begins to be noise. But apart from that, I'm satisfied!

Pros: Compact, zoom, tilt screen and viewfinder

Cons: Little Bright Optics

Opinion: I am the owner of Sony A6500 and I was also a Panasonic gx80, I removed the Panasonic for the possibility of being able to have a car to carry without encumbrance during the occasional trips or outings. Without the weight of backpacks, optical etc etc. It is a machine that was paid €350 (June 2018) which has the same characteristics as the other Panasonic, full menu, possibility of being able to stop motion, timelapse and excellent video. The sound of the microphone is also very good. Remarkable zoom excursion, certainly does not have a great sensor at the levels of the Sony RX Mark 3 but is very versatile and has both the tilting screen and the viewfinder. Obviously it suffers in buii and not bright environments but thanks to the various default settings in SCN you will be able to take home always the photo. I was impressed on one thing, putting the machine on S (shooting mode) I had seen that the Times did not exceed 4 seconds. So I was wondering if I wanted to make a long exposure as heck I would have done to use longer times; Fortunately in the instruction booklet (very complete and in Italian), you were instructed to use a mode in SCN that included long exposures. I recommend also a second battery as being small (especially if you do some video or timelapse) fall.
