Pros: Amazing sensor, size, lightness.

Cons: 4/3 format, screen unusable in strong light situations, it is not pocket-sized.

Opinion: Socket used to replace the rx100 iii for photojournalism and industrial documentation work. Very high quality, very good shadow recovery, usable in printing up to 1600 iso. Unfortunately, the 4/3 format is not universally accepted for professional printing and, therefore, a part of the frame is lost in the 2/3 cut. For amateur use it easily replaces more expensive systems, producing images indistinguishable (if not for geometry), from those of an ff.

Pros: Small, light, performing. I was looking for a compact camera with superior performance to my Nikon A100 and I was attracted by this "little one" also Mirrorless and equipped with interchangeable optics. I bought it and its shots surprised me for the high quality found.

Cons: Lack of viewfinder (but I don't care much). The lack of the charger I remedied by buying a dedicated Patona and the problem was solved. The LCD screen interferes with the tripod attachment, but the problem is a simple solution.

Opinion: It turned out that I gave my many Nikon to my three children and today I go for a walk with my Lumix G800 and, for now at least, I do not feel the need for anything else. Images with very natural colors, excellent engraving and above all absolutely surprising movies, of remarkable quality and with admirable color balance. When I need the I turn on and after a few moments is ready to grasp my intentions, making them at their best. I have equipped myself with a quick scabbard attachment that I apply to the shoulder straps of my backpack and that contains it when it is not in use. I have not yet ventured into photographs from close range, but from what I see in the gallery I would say that we are there. What do you want to tell you: it is an excellent camera, with some small limitations, which I highly recommend!

Pros: lightness, compactness, jpeg, build quality in general. Tiny

Cons: no viewfinder and double dial for adjustments. But if you buy it... you do for other features! No charger. Lack of flash sled. Tiny!

Opinion: Let's start from a premise that I think is fundamental: if you make the GX800 it's not because you're looking for what you find on the G9 (to stay in the Panasonic house) or on an X-T3 or D7500... ?! Buy it because you need a "cosettina" to carry with it, perhaps using the same optics of the set that you already have (micro4/3) when you want to overdo it, or just carrying the quality of the micro4/3 with a pancake lens (the 12-32 standard)... and maybe putting some fixed for more quality photos. If you're looking for the GX800, it doesn't disappoint. You have a clean file, beautiful color rendering, good ISO seal. Fabulous! Batteries last a little to tell the truth, but a spare size is cheap. Then when you want to overdo it you put the 12-60/2.8-4 and... almost comes to laugh. The optics are ointd with respect to the machine body. Not to mention 50-200/2.8-4. But if you want light things... you put the pancacke, or what you find at home between the fixed for micro4/3. Personally I'm overjoyed with the camera. There is a lack of stabilization on the machine body (so prefer the pana to oly optics a lot because they have the stablizer). Flaws: I do not understand why Panasonic did not put a standard charger, but only usb charging is provided! It's a pity the lack of the flash sled too! In a nutshell: camera that I unreservedly recommend. Great 4k videos as well. Try to believe: body from compatsize !!!

Pros: Compact, excellent file, price, photo and 4k video, stands in Pocket, light, excellent for selfie

Cons: No viewfinder, not a camera for big hands, battery life

Opinion: I bought it from a few days and I have to say that it makes great photos and videos, luckily I have small hands otherwise I would be in trouble to hold it anyway for the price it has is really a good camera and with the screen at 180 degrees is great for the selfie. The lack of the viewfinder is the real flaw but in a camera so small it was hard to find the place for the viewfinder.
