The Olympus FL-700WR is a weather-sealed flash with guide number 42 (at ISO 100), with a coverage for focal lengths from 24 to 75mm (12mm with the built-in diffuser). The recycling time between each flash varies between 0.1 and 2.5 seconds depending by the power level and by the type of batteries.
