Opinion: I've had this lens for over a year, I've been using it on the D800 and now on the Z6. I found it used at a more than advantageous price, in perfect conditions and the autofocus engine never gave the slightest problem. The highlight is sharpness, at all focal points and also at TA. It's an old-fashioned optics, one that gives you the feeling of having "something big" in your hands. And so it is! it's huge and heavy, but it gives you a feeling of the highest quality. The only "flaws" are the absence of VR (which in my case is not a problem, since the Z6 stabilizes via the sensor) and the purple halos when shooting in the backlight, but it is nothing dramatic. I can only recommend it to anyone, in my personal opinion it is a MUST HAVE of every kit.
