Pros: Bokeh, construction, solidity.

Cons: Read fully open radial diaphragm distortions. The Canon mirror block does not activate with it mounted.

Opinion: I use it exclusively for astronomical photos. Distortions at the edges of the field begin to cancel from F/4 up. Completely manual, it possesses an extreme solidity, metallic construction and not at all plasticose. It originates a very good bokeh, very useful in the scientific field. Unfortunately, being totally manual with it you can not activate the mirror lock in some rooms (Canon 350d), very useful function in the field of astronomical photos.
