Pros: I am very happy to own this lens which happens to be first version and I have read that the second version is even better.
Cons: It is heavy but can be hand held for outside photography.
Opinion: Its an ideal lens for interior,landscape and gives good results when used in conjunction with 13mm extension tube. Very sharp in center and excellent overall.Built very solidly and takes 95mm filters and not those silly bayonet or series type filter which are difficult to find. The use of filters do not seem to add any vignetting in corners. This 35mm lens is also an excellentcompanion when you need group shots.
