It has nothing to do with any other of the aforementioned 23mm. It's just perfect: absolute sharpness at any aperture, no signs of chromatic aberrations, instant focus, perfectly resistant rings. I was afraid of losing that very particular look of the 1.4 Fujifilm MK1, but in reality I had to change my mind, it kept much of that charm, but improved everything else. Tested on my X-T5 and X-H2 it makes its best, but I guess it's a pleasure even on older systems. If you like the equivalent 35mm, this is the lens to have without ifs and buts. Personally I think it is worth the investment compared to the MK1 even just for tropicalization, beyond the optical yield, which allows you to always use it without thoughts.
