Pros: Wonderful colors, improved autofocus even in AF-C, compactness

Cons: The shutter button has a strange travel, slow in displaying photos after shooting.

Opinion: I bought it as soon as it came out together with the beautiful 23mm f2.8 pancake and I was surprised by the speed and precision of the tracking. It is a clear step forward; I imagine that with optics equipped with LM engines the performance can be even faster. The rendering of the files is excellent. The ISO hold is good up to 6400: exposing correctly, the grain that emerges is fine and not at all intrusive, maintaining that "analogue" character typical of the brand. Despite the enthusiasm, I found two points that left me perplexed compared to previous models: The shutter button: the travel seems almost "triple". It is less immediate and less reactive than in the past, requiring a bit of getting used to. Post-shot latency: I noticed a certain slowness in the display of photos immediately after shooting, a strange detail for such a modern camera.

Pros: Compactness, excellent files, low price.

Cons: I struggle to find any

Opinion: First foray into the Fujifilm world and love at first sight! Driven by the low price I decided to take it and never was a better choice! Small, to always carry with you, especially with the kit lens (to be honest not really the best, a 13-33mm F3.5 - F6.3). Playing a little with recipes and film simulations you can bring out perfect or almost perfect rows. Very few times I found myself having to do small lightroom interventions on curves and little else. The factory battery does not have an exceptional life but there are solutions for greater autonomy on the market. Unlike many I didn't find the menu particularly intuitive, but coming from Sony my brain is probably calibrated in reverse! I found the precise autofocus and the recognition of faces fast and without uncertainty. The same applies to the recognition of animals. Having said all this and assuming that I am not a professional, I am very happy with my purchase! A camera to always carry with you without too much thought, perfect for street. With higher quality lenses, I am sure the situation would be even better. I'll try it shortly!
