Pros: Price. Ease of use. Stability. Video and photo quality.

Cons: Raw not too malleable.

Opinion: I've been using it for a year and a half. Tested with wind above 30 km/h, drizzle and sleet. It's a really robust drone, and the stability in flight is excellent (at least for its range). Image quality: in videos in automatic mode we get a perfectly exposed shot with vivid colors, in manual using a filter nd set the shutter speed and you will be sure of the fluidity of the video by exposing as you like. The 4K of this drone is really beautiful, sharpness and detail even in low light conditions, it does not have slow motion at 120 fps, but only at 60 (as far as I'm concerned it's enough and advances, how many clips will you ever want to slow down? if you often fly above 20-30m it's completely useless to have slow motion at 120, a slight slow motion at 60 will give the necessary fluidity). It has no color profiles or D-Log M to make precise color correction. Photo quality: 48 mpx of the sensor give a detailed image but only in the presence of good light, otherwise you will have to compromise. If you have a lot of contrast (sunrise, sunset) choose to make a silhouette so as not to have a burnt sky. In addition, RAW images always have a bit of dominance, but easily fixed in post. Backlighting suffers a lot, if you do it know that you will have very invasive flares that will make you throw the photo. They are RAW files, but not very malleable: if you plan to post produce in a significant way, you will be disappointed. Take good shots in flight and you will have the photo, you will correct the exposure and contrast a little at most, forget the colors because it will come out a mess. In conclusion: given how many restrictions they continue to put in place, it is not worth taking more expensive drones, so much so that the (legal) use is too restricted. Those who do it for work the matter changes. To have fun and have photos from another perspective I would say that it is the best choice because it is a reliable product.

Pros: Small, light, practical and reliable. Affordable price. Excellent video quality for a drone of this price range. Good stability in flight. A great advantage is the silence, a not secondary aspect for a 'C0'.

Cons: Lack of 10bit D-Log M profile. The 48MP photo mode does not fully convince me. Propeller protection not even present in the Combo version. Internal springs of the two joysticks of the RC control too soft in my opinion. Lack of anti-collision sensors. Unable to reverse the direction of the left wheel that controls the movement of the camera on the vertical axis.

Opinion: I waited to gain some experience before writing my thoughts on this drone from DJI. What I noticed right away is the ease of piloting, facilitated by a good maintenance of the radio signal which generally remains stable even at distances well beyond those allowed by law. Excellent video quality; even if you don't have D-Log M, the Normal profile (the only one present) gives well-balanced videos. Eventually, for an optimal result, it is always possible to make corrections in post production. Its size and low weight encourage you to always carry it with you. The lack of anti-collision sensors for me is not a serious handicap, also because they are not always infallible, but for some this absence could be an important discriminator. I really appreciate the RC control that has the integrated display, the only note concerns the resistance offered by the two joisticks which, in my opinion, is too weak and in maneuvers that require a lot of precision not feeling well under the fingers the consistency of the various axes sometimes produces small movements of the drone that would be good to avoid for fluid footage. Probably with experience you will be able to acquire greater sensitivity. An obnoxious thing that DJI stubbornly does not fix with a very simple firmware update concerns the impossibility of reversing the direction of the wheel that controls the movement of the camera on the vertical axis. In practice, for reasons that only the brilliant engineers of DJI know, the lowering of the gimbal is done by pulling the wheel outwards, while to raise it you have to push the wheel towards the center of the remote control, which is exactly the opposite of what you would instinctively do. The absurd thing is that in the Settings you can adjust any type of parameter (drone speed in the three modes present, joistick sensitivity on each axis, damping and gimbal sensitivity), but doing this simple Reversal is not allowed. I had to equip myself by applying two arrows on the remote control to remember the right direction. Finally, the photographic sector: obviously you can't expect much, but overall it also allows you to take home some decent photographs. I am not fully convinced by the 48MP mode, I prefer to use the 12MP. Be that as it may, beyond these considerations, the drone is really valid and I recommend it both to those who are starting to take their first steps, and to the professional who wants a more jaunty second drone that can be used in scenarios 'precluded' to aircraft of higher categories without sacrificing quality.
