On the quality side, it is not as top as you might believe, in terms of sharpness and flare resistance it is beaten big time by the more "cheap" and modern EF 16-35 f/4 L. It also has a slight distortion that does not correct as well as with other more common lenses. Its biggest flaw is that especially in the case of many point lights you find ghosts and flares here and there to be corrected in post. I have used the tilt function a handful of times for pleasure and never for work.
