Pros: Lightweight compact

Cons: Lens scarcity

Opinion: She has been using the M50 Mark II for more than a year, she took 4 drops of salt water and stopped for a few days, good cleaning of the sensor, the advice for the trip. I use it for landscape, macro viewfinder, bright viewfinder, batteries don't last long, it's a complete system, but the lenses are not recent, but I'm hoping for new inventions from Canon.

Pros: Easy handling, lightness, ease of use, adjustable screen

Cons: Few rings

Opinion: After almost twenty years with a canon 400d and a tamron 17-50 2.8, I decided to switch to mirrorless. Not that I wasn't satisfied with my equipment. But having developed a passion for street photography over time, I wanted something lighter and more discreet. I chose M50 mark II first of all for an indispensable offer. Then because I liked it. Small, comfortable and versatile with its 22 f2. I shoot 99% in black and white and I must say that the files already satisfy me as they are. Just a cutout and a little contrast, when it is necessary and nothing else is needed. The video side doesn't interest me and I've never used it for that. The kit lens, the 15-45, is not bad and is comfortable in some situations. But I rarely use it. I also took the adapter to take advantage of my old tamron, which behaves very well. In fact, it is what is useful to use the ef lenses, given the small choice of the m series. The focus is perfect and immediately hooks the moving subjects. However, I only use the central point of maf and then recompose. I'm not a great technician so I can't help you on the nerdiest issues. In conclusion, I believe that it is a machine with an excellent quality / price ratio and, given its ease of use, excellent for those who do not have great pretensions to esoteric feautures. If only it had at least one more ring... Waiting to be able to afford a leica.

Pros: size, possibility of being able to adapt infinite optics

Cons: nothing in particular

Opinion: I took this car as a gift for my son and as a small and light second body to carry around (hopefully soon) for family outings. That said even if it is an apsc, the file, reminds me a lot that of the 6d markII, good until 3200iso, classic canon menu, there is the Italian language, I bought it from BeH, the firmware is updated so there is the focus on the eye, one of the few differences compared to the mark1. For videos I can't be useful because I don't do them. As an adaptor for ef optics I took the viltrox, it works perfectly having optics ef is a nice convenience, I do not feel the need for M optics. Among the merits I certainly put that, in addition to being able to adapt all vintage optics, the pairing that also comes out of it from an aesthetic point of view is magnificent! My Helios, Leica, Yashica, zeiss, Voigtländer seem made on purpose even as a surrender

Pros: Compactness

Cons: So it's a tease

Opinion: Hell! never again would I have thought that Canon could do such bullshit. They remade a camera by changing only the name. ... and very little else. Could they not have avoided such a figure? I don't say much, but at least the 6 has been greatly improved. At least they changed their appearance, but no, not even that. I've had Canon for years, but I didn't expect that.
