Pros: Sharp

Cons: Not very bright, essential hood but to be paid separately

Opinion: What can I say, there is little to say, sharp never misses a photo, excellent color rendering. It costs to be the M series but it's worth them all. The only two defects I found are the photos in dark environments but if you carry it around with the 22mm it solves the situation, for example when visiting cities of art. The second defect is indispensable to have its hood that Canon should give it, in this case, together when buying it.

Pros: Small, stabilized, no distortion

Cons: Not very bright but you know it when you buy it

Opinion: Really sharp lens, well built and very light. A 16 35 equivalent in just over 200 grams that combined with my m50 become a super portable and very effective combo. The only compromise is the brightness but if you need that there are the fixed sigma or the ef m 22 f2.0. Together with the ef m 32 they perfectly match the philosophy of the M system. Absolutely to have if you have a canon ef m

Pros: Small, light, crisp, cheap.

Cons: Vignetting.

Opinion: Surprising goal. I use it on the M5, instead of the Sigma 10-20. Excellent sharpness, good stabilizer, in a compact and light body. It also has a focus distance low enough to allow close-ups set. As with all ef-m optics, you don't have to faint to buy it and it pays off with superior quality. Vignette a bit even from closed, but it resolves into posts. Of course it is limited in night photos for low brightness, but this is taken for granted.

Pros: Focus, price, compactness, sharpness, stabilization

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: For what it costs it also does too much, using it mainly for landscapes is sharp all over the frame, a f/4 is still acceptable and usable for night photos. Then it is very compact and well built, it is even smaller than the 18-55 base. The only flaws are the lack of distance scale, which can be seen as compact, and the lack of automatic/manual fire selection, which is missing on all native lenses for eos M. Combined with the M50 is a gem

Pros: Small and light, stabilized, excellent construction, distortion absent

Cons: The brightness, but there's even worse

Opinion: It's a little gem, sharp as a blade all over the frame, the definition is good already at full aperture, effective stabilizer, what I wonder is the simplicity with which you can get shots without distortion with an equivalent focal of 17mm on FF, really excellent.
