Pros: Availability, WiFi, battery life, lightweight, ease of use, great to get started

Cons: Noise at high ISO

Opinion: It is an excellent camera with which to look into the world of photography. It is an entry level precisely, and therefore you can not expect too much (and who buys it, I think knows)... the noise at high ISO (from 800 upwards) is very annoying, it is almost all plastic and therefore light, but at the same time it is not a toy, even the attack for the lenses is made of plastic, but it has never given me problems (contrary to what many say). It has the WiFi module to use your smartphone as a remote shot and to transfer photos, the battery is infinite and is very available among the used. It was my first car, but unfortunately it came to a bad end by falling into the water but it is still at home with me, as I remember.

Pros: Good for learning to shoot

Cons: Obvious limits on all shooting occasions

Opinion: It represents my luck, my first camera with which I started shooting, I still have some beautiful photos taken with this machine, the sensor is from 2008 suffers from all the limits of this technology in fact as soon as there is little light or the opportunity becomes a little dynamic you will not be able to shoot anymore, noise and moves are often carried out ..... is the classic training ship for those who want to approach this fantastic world that is photography ...... In my opinion it is not worth investing in the 2000D , because it does exactly the same things as this , maybe buy a good lens immediately

Pros: Price, light weight, sturdy, ease of use, wifi, battery life

Cons: High ISO tightness, Kit 18-55 lens

Opinion: Bought 4 years ago as the first SLR, today I have reached more than 50,000 shots and I think it will make many more. The plastic lens attack, which horrified almost everyone, never betrayed; I attacked everything: from the Zenith-200mmf4 with duplicator, to the 100-400 L IS USM, to the 100 Macro L series without ever manifesting any problem. It allowed me to learn how to extricate myself in the digital SLR world, it has very basic settings compared to high-end SLRs, but it has everything you need to be able to make great photos, the important thing is to combine it with serious lenses, because the 18-55 of the kit with which it was proposed is really little. The fact that it is light does not mean that it is not robust, indeed it is a real tank, it has been scrambled in all conditions, it has taken dust, snow, rain, even mud for a slide in the mountains, yet it has never had failures. It has been used in heat and cold, during rally races or motocross free practice, on the beach by the sea, used by the passenger during motorcycle raids on dirt roads, in the winter humidity of long walks in the countryside. One of the best goodies is the ability to connect it, via wifi, to your smartphone and use it as a remote control, live view and view / download photos quickly without having to move from the station. In short, the classic intelligent purchase, a lot of yield with little expense, great potential and the possibility of coupling it to any type of lens, with the result of always improving the quality of the photos taken. Is the AF not fast? Does he only have nine points? Is the burst slow? All true, but it is an entry level SLR, it is suitable for those who, like me, need to learn how to enter the world of amateur photography and understand what their needs will be later.

Pros: Availability, battery life.

Cons: All

Opinion: Sensor now dated, plastic optical attachment, slow wifi, unclear screen, poor plastic construction, bad ISO seal ... already above 800 ISO noise rather visible, af slow and inaccurate (without lighting it is impossible to use the af with low light), gusts at that non-existent, no key dedicated to ISO ... I hated everything about this machine I strongly advise against buying, better to aim for a good used body a little more decent if you are a newbie would be tight after a week.

Pros: Great for learning how to shoot in manual

Cons: iso seal, sled flash and not all compatible triggers

Opinion: Gift me in the summer given my passion for photography, for a few months I've been displacing this reflex... Great to start figuring out reflex and shoot in manual... used with the supplied 18-55 lens manages to make good photos... few focus points, limited multi-timer, already at iso 800 you see noise, flash pop ups to avoid, not all sled flashes and triggers are compatible... after taking a photo class and you start to understand a little photography is tightened up... Great to get started!!!
