Pros: Economical, small, metal frame, exceptional angle of view

Cons: Aperture ring without click, poor quality control

Opinion: It's a good cheap fisheye, good sharpness at TA improves when closed. It has a very wide angle of view, which is particularly useful for 360-degree panning. Unfortunately, the non-removable lens hood prevents you from using it on Full Frame. The aperture ring without click is a bit of a hassle because it risks being moved inadvertently. My copy is badly off-center with the right side less sharp than the left, unfortunately I realized it only after some time. However, using it for pans, the right side ends up on the sky so it is irrelevant.

Pros: Small, light, cheap, pretty sharp in the center (f/4.0 onwards), exceptional angle of view (190 degrees), all metal

Cons: No automatism, manual focus only, 5-blade iris not rounded (but fine on a fish-eye), poor edge sharpness

Opinion: Taken used almost as a joke at the price of two bottles of wine for my Nikon Z50, I could see that it is not a toy! It is all metal, solid, with a respectable optical design of 12 lenses, including four high-quality Hoya lenses (and 2 ED), very handy and light. The angle of view is excellent (190 degrees) and the image in the center is sharp, starting at f/4.0. Of course, the all-manual focus and the total absence of automatisms could create problems, especially if you are in a hurry. The best thing is to use it in hyperfocal mode thanks to the considerable depth of field. At f/5.6 it goes from infinity to about a meter. For close-up shots, you have to be more careful. The smooth 5-blade manual diaphragm isn't a guarantee of pleasing bokeh, but it's certainly not a portrait lens, and even the less-sharp edges in a fish-eye are hardly noticeable. Overall, a good lens for the price it costs, a lot of fun! Rated 8.5

Pros: Small and well built, price.

Cons: Snap-free aperture ring, convenient for videos less convenient in photography.

Opinion: For what it costs (it's also found under 100E) it's a great deal. Well built and with good performance (just see the photos in the gallery below) allows you to play with a focal length not too usual without fainting. mine is a fuji-X mount and mounted on the PRO-1 it does very well. Given the focal length there are no difficulties in focusing and even the shake should not be a problem but not having stabilization a minimum of attention is always better to place it.

Pros: Price - Very good construction and materials - Very small size - Lightweight

Cons: Too soft at TA and even closing the aperture, I got something decent at f8.

Opinion: 169€ new but I find it definitely inferior to Samyang 7.5.Too much and I say too soft up to f8 (talking about the center). At the edges a colander, so soft that it had left me worried that it was my G9 that had problems with focus peaking. The focus is not very precise. The diaphragm ring is fluid and without jerks, too fluid enough to require a look at each shot. Low price little yield unfortunately
