The Samyang surpasses it in engraving, uniformity and optical quality in general, but compared to 7artisans it suffers from strong chromatic aberrations that dirty with magenta and blue/green halos every detail at the edges and for this reason I have never digested it and used very little until reselling it. The 7artisans of aberrations has none, in real use they are really scarce and then even the geometric distortion is inadvertent compared to the Samyang. As a solvence and engraving it is obviously not at the top but not even evil: in the good center, at the extreme edges so so. In my opinion, its strong are the set portraits or the medium-distance subjects that fill the central part of the frame where it makes better and does not disturb too much the strong vignetting that is easily corrected; less suitable for landscapes although I have not yet experienced it in this regard.
