Pros: all

Cons: really little a little soft a ta

Opinion: It's the second voightlander I've bought, the first is the 10mm, this lens is truly stunning to the touch it's the classic old fashioned solid lens with so much quality. The ACs are practically absent, sharpness as if there was no tomorrow already from f2, it has 1.4 is a soft hair and in the case of photographs to the stars at the edges it loses but everything is solved by opening to f2. Typical star that distinguishes the lens so if you like the effect it is a must. For the rest it is the classic optic that you mount and you want to use by force, after about 30 days of use I would absolutely resume it and I much prefer it to batis both as an engraving and as colors

Pros: Sharpness, build quality, starry, ac, microcontrast, brightness.

Cons: Weight in the M version, not quite known and few will love it

Opinion: Taken for a super offer in the grey market for my Leica in mount version M. Stratospheric lens, probably the best 21mm for any mount on 35mm format. It has an embarrassing resolution and already at f2 it manages to make perfect images without any AC from edge to edge and with remarkable stars. It manages to detach at 1.4 with a medium format effect for the reduced pdc and if compared with sacred monsters of both Leica and Zeiss it excels for optical quality (super elmar, distagon in Loxia and Milvus) The biggest flaw is the weight and gargantuan dimensions for the M system (as big as a Noctilux). Update after a few months. It's the best glass I've ever used; I have never seen a similar performance from TA onwards except in specialized lenses with much longer focal lengths (such as the 105 art to be clear).
