Pros: Really top user experience
Cons: It seems that the screen scratches even just looking at it: better to apply the protective film as soon as you pull it out of the package.
Opinion: Let's face it, Apple's genius is that of having managed to turn the iPhone into an object to be desired. This is demonstrated by the long lines that form in front of their stores every time a new one comes out. Certainly I have never been one of those who would have lined up to buy it but I can not deny that I wanted it too. My first experience was with the 4s but it turned out to be very disappointing. Nice but didn't dance. Since then, every time I wanted to buy a new smartphone, even if I liked iPhones more, I inevitably turned to other brands where the quality, price and performance ratio was certainly better. I've had a great One Plus One for almost five years. After that, in the last two years, the Huawei P30 Pro (which we still have) and P40 Pro+ with extreme satisfaction. Then, for the 12, Apple dusted off the fantastic design of the old iPhone 4 that I liked so much. I couldn't resist for long. Hit and sunk. It's just a beautiful object, it looks like a small ingot (in fact I chose the gold color). I took the Pro for the ability to shoot in Raw (it might serve me, you never know), and I preferred it to the Max for its smaller size. For the choice I did not make it an economic issue, so I bought it through Iliad and I pay about thirty euros a month. One or the other model would have made the difference of one or two euros. Ah, and of course it is not branded, figured if Apple allowed it! It goes that it's a bomb, there is little to do. The quality is perceived in every detail, I am very happy to have it. Moreover, it has a better reception than the P40 Pro Plus: if I answered a phone call while I was leaving the house, the line would fall inexorably as I went down the stairs, before arriving at the door. But this thing, thinking about it better, also happened with previous mobile phones due to the fact that I live in an old building with very thick walls. Now, with the 12 Pro, it doesn't happen anymore. The only sore point, in my opinion, is that the screen is lined too easily, considering the speech of the microceramics with which it is built and the much-vaunted robustness to shocks. Ah, to the bumps yes, and to the scratches no? Dunno... however, better to apply the protective film to him immediately. I also had it put on the edges and back because I hate covers. An "important" notation (so to speak) is that, applying the film on the back, the logo with the bitten apple disappears. Yes, because, being the satin back and the shiny logo, with the application of the film everything becomes glossy and so the logo is no longer seen. I liked this thing. A bit like a Leica without the red sticker. It is more sober, it is recognized only if you understand it. To conclude (I will not go into the technical details, I prefer to leave it to those who have the skills) I say only one thing: it's nice to go crazy and dance like Fred Astaire! Rating 10.------ (I know, my opinion on this smartphone should have focused on its photographic sector, since we are on a site that deals with photography. But I just can't do it, it's stronger than me: with my mobile phone and, when I'm going to take a real picture ... I take my camera! Of course, these "cameraphones", as they call them now, have definitely paved the compacts that you bought for the "light outputs"! Buying one of those cameras no longer makes sense now. I don't understand why they still persist in producing them) |
