Pros: Super sharp, lighter than it looks, well constructed, outstanding OIS!

Cons: Maybe the foot on the collar could be Arca-Swiss, but this is no big deal

The removable tripod collar is well designed and easily removable or installable. At first I was worried that the Bokeh would not be so nice, given the lens is 5.6 maximum aperture. However, the bokeh is quite pleasing and nice, which allows the lens to be very useful for portrait work. Essentially, it is like my 50-140mm f/2.8 for my X-series cameras. Pros: Solid construction, balance, fluid rings, very good stabilization. Impeccable yield.
