It drove me crazy, I didn't feel the lack of zoom and that pinch of wide angle that you perceive I like and it excited me. Combined with the R6 mk2 it tracks the subject without problems and even at full aperture the shots are sharp and in focus.... On the video side it is fun and very light, unlike the 35mm 1.4 vlc, it does not have that annoying ring for the focus selector that sometimes you touch involuntarily. It doesn't have a lens hood it's true, but it's certainly available from third parties or easily 3d printed if someone wants. I recommend it to those like me who don't want to spend the madness of the 50 1.2 and not have a heavy fixed to carry in their backpack.
