The lens is still manageable and quite balanced on R8 (but probably even better on R6 and higher) but a bit uncomfortable in transport. Coming from an almost exclusively use of fixed tires (and previously from an M5) I have to get used to it a bit but in use its eclecticism is abundantly forgiven.
