Honestly, I haven't tested the eye-controlled AF, the pre-continuous shooting mode and the in-camera image processing with artificial intelligence yet, I'm not ready yet and the jump between the 1DX Mark II and the R1 is huge. And thank goodness that I only take photos and leave out the video, because from what I've read it boasts some specifications to be scared... The camera body and the location of the controls are excellent, weighing about 500 grams less than the 1DX Mark II. What amazed me was the viewfinder that appears larger than previous Canon cameras and remarkably bright. The storage department with the 2 CFexpress Type B card slots that support up to 2TB is satisfactory. Ethernet and USB-C connectivity is always present and the LP-E19 battery is the same as my previous camera.
