Pros: Has everything you need

Cons: AF-c that must be set well in every situation to extract its maximum potential

Opinion: After 4 years from the purchase I feel I can express a sincere opinion of this camera body. It's a complete machine, I don't think I have any doubts about that. It never happened to me to think that I did not have the tools to take a certain shot (rather I thought I did not have an optics to make them), which certainly translates into the phrase that I indicated as PRO, that is: "it has everything you need". The body is built well, gives a sense of solidity and has all the keys and rings in the right place, the operating speed is very good. The amateur photo, even the most evolved, even years after the release of this camera can not be disappointed. If set properly, it does very well in practically all areas, except perhaps in birdlife and sports photography, where the AF-C is dated. It weighs and clutters relatively little, which makes it a valid ally in trekking, provided you equip it with fairly light and performing optics. Very good ISO tightness for a 2016 APS-C, certainly equipped with fixed lights can do its job well even in low light. The viewfinder is excellent, well defined, well bright even if used in the presence of a lot of light, has all the info you need and is widely customizable. The presence of focus peaking allows the use of manual optics even vintage (through adapters) without problems. The burst is good, if you use good SD with high write speed you will have no problems whatsoever to store RAW files. RAW files are very workable, although I personally find it very difficult to recover the highlights, while for shadows there are no problems. Used by me mainly for portraits, landscape and street, it has never abandoned me. The battery does not guarantee a full day especially if you are a compulsive photographer, but given the size and weight of the latter, just put a couple of spare in your backpack and the fear passes. Facial recognition also works well (used in photos of my baby with excellent results). Conclusions: a complete all-around camera devoted to photography rather than video (which I do not use), and that bought even today (December '22) can give great satisfaction and be a worthy travel companion also thanks to the beautiful Fujifilm optics that can be mounted on it. If you are undecided and want to try the Fuji world, it is definitely the right machine to enter the brand. The timing, iso and exposure compensation rings, combined with the diaphragm ring positioned on practically all the lenses of the house, promise an experience similar to analog but with all the advantages of digital. Also excellent for JPG fans thanks to the film simulations that are also widely editable. The articulated display is ready for any eventuality that will appear in front of you. In short, a machine with bows that promises longevity thanks to its completeness even today.

Pros: File quality, pro body with excellent operation in the field, used price, not very intelligent and very manual.

Cons: Autofocus, autonomy, system settings.

Opinion: In summary, it still performs well today, and is satisfactory for the photographic-qualitative field on the aps-c sensor segment (until now there has not been a qualitative evolution of the file sufficient to sanction the definitive sunset, indeed!). Where it really suffers is the autofocus, autonomy, various subtleties and shortcomings in the system settings. Overall, on a budget below 500 euros there is everything in the most absolute sense, especially for the novices of the Fujifilm world or as a spare body, going up in price loses the reason to be purchased at the expense of other similar more performing and intelligent. His strength lies in his "little intelligence" given his release period. Let me explain: you will have to use it and not her to do for you, an excellent school against laziness and practical technical improvement.

Pros: Everything you really need

Cons: Battery life and if you want to be picky not an optimal seal at very high iso

Opinion: I have owned the XT2 for 3 years now and I must say that it was a great purchase. The sensor is still among the best among the APS-C. Made optimal especially with regard to street photography or portraits, the lenses are not affected by the x1.5 multiplication given by the sensor in these types of photography compared to natural or artificial landscape photography. Reliable, built very well, tropicalized, suitable for travel and excursions, I also found the viewfinder very good despite being electronic (many prefer the optical). In particular, black and white is fantastic, if photographed in color I recommend sometimes to decrease vividness and sharpness especially in landscapes with many strong colors (green summer or autumn), the highlights are almost never burned if used correctly the diaphragm. Those interested in 4k videos come out a wonder, I have tried them a few times (I do not speak as an expert on videos). Absolutely recommended for those who have already entered the world of photography and its techniques and want to take a next step.

Pros: Everything you can ask of a "camera"

Cons: You have to be picky, and then I say battery life, AF-C, kept at high ISO

Opinion: I have owned the X-T2 since June 2017 and it has been five years that every time I take it excites me like the first time. Surely it will be for its beauty that place it without a shadow of a doubt among the "cameras", so much so that there are people who still stop me on the street to ask me if it is an analog. I will be for the Jpg files that churns out that are almost all ready to be printed and / or projected on an illuminated screen. Or maybe it will be for the solidity and accuracy in the details that make you think that it will never leave you alone. Of course I am a photo-amateur perhaps undemanding (in addition to being mediocre) and I am aware that in recent years the development of ML has been exponential, but I wonder if the new features, which I call "devils", for daily use, what more than making you take home shots considered a work of art makes you relive the emotions of when you made them, are really necessary, or are more than enough the reliability and simplicity that the X-T2 gives me and I hope that it will continue to give me for a long time.

Pros: all

Cons: A flood of things, but you can live without

Opinion: The X-T2 is the camera that made Fujifilm's fortune and, after 5 years, it is still as beautiful as the first day. Let's face it, from T1 to T2 we have gone from an immature vehicle to a really working one, T3 is the fastest evolution, T4 has stabilizer and better battery. However, to take pictures, the T2 remains a still very valid machine, it can do practically any kind, it never gives up, it has a good AF even if it does not have Eye AF-C and real tracking, the times up to 15 ', the sensor is still among the best APS-C, the viewfinder a window, tropicalization, each function has a manual control, double slots, good burst. In short, in 2021 a T2 still manages to be not only valid but also suitable for working professionally, it also has a good detox function, it forces you to use the AF with the single point or expanded area, to move with the joystick, not having advanced AF algorithms does not do everything but there is still a need for the photographer's hand, lately I find it a healthy thing and that does not limit me, it only fights the laziness that often afflicted me when I used some competitors with the sniper's eye AF. The lack of the stabilizer I do not put it as a con, it is a feature that I consider useful only with the canvases, practically always already stabilized of them, I suffer the absence only with 90. Last thing, with Fuji I have colors in the sunset that I have not been able to match with any other machine, even with the same Cobalt profile on (various) Sony A7, Nikon Z, Canon R, Olympus I have always found skies at sunset / sunrise increasingly washed out and close to the limit of the lights. In fact, with the viewfinder preview of Fuji I have always caught the ETTR without ever breaking through the highlights, with the others instead I often came to break through the whites when I opened the photos to the PC.

Pros: Quality/price ratio among the best on the market also in 2021. Top mangability and gorgeous baked rows

Cons: Not great battery life, AF not at the top when compared to the latest generation mirrorless.

Opinion: I can say that I entered the Mirrorless world with Fuji, I also tried other models but for "ergonomics", practicality, ease of use, aesthetics and still do not know how many I could say, this camera is really a jewel for me. Sold and repurchased several times, I did not find better as price quality. The Files are gorgeous, I practically never process them. I recommend it to those who want a car to always keep behind for most genres, street, portrait, weddings. A welcome then to the optical park, affordable as prices and excellent as quality.

Pros: I've never felt better with a car.

Cons: Some might say iso over 6400 but what the hell should be done to higher iso?

Opinion: I write this review in a sad time because my xt2 after 3 and a half years of honored career is beating the last blows. Despite this I think she was a crazy travel companion and I can say that I started my career as a professional photographer with her (as my only job, with my studio not second so this stuff here). after a short interlude with Nikon d7500 and d800 with which I found it really bad to land in Fuji with this was a dream. We've had some disagreements over time mainly because I saw the other houses go on and Fuji, let's face it stay a little bit at the pole. But what a nice pole. In short, Fuji is crazy in every way. I used it for professional videos, wedding photo shoots, fashion and I found myself enchanted. With this apsc I also did campaigns where the file was printed 2 meters by 3 and I think it would have been great for larger prints. Fuji at the file level I think is the best although contrary to those who say otherwise my problem I had with a maybe excessive sharpness that always leads to having to touch up the skin. jpg if taken not for work are perfect. Now after almost 4 years I have moved to Canon eos r and I have to eye a file that I think is very different but I still do not understand if better or worse. At most I'll be back in fuji taking the xt3.... Wonder... The xt2 was the perfect machine for me.

Pros: High iso hold, jpeg quality, af speed, colors comparable to film, delicious bn

Cons: Pitiful battery life

Opinion: For a year I have completely modified my photo kit. I sold my Canon ff equipment with L-series lenses and switched to Leica Q2 to which I joined this Fuji xt2. What to say, it fully satisfies my idea of photos. The Fuji world is not unknown to me, having already owned an X100 is an xt1. I paired it at 18 55, at 55 200 it's at a fixed 27. The only flaw is the battery life. I made up for it with the purchase of 2 more pieces. Rating 9.5.

Pros: Robustness, weight, price of used, high iso seal, overall quality, customizable, menu simplicity

Cons: Size (for those coming from the top of the canon range), absolute need for battery grip, both to increase its size and for batteries

Opinion: I recently sold all my canon equipment (1d mk iv, 24-105L and 28-70L f2.8) and I don't miss it at all. I bought this tank at a really affordable price 550 euros, along with a fujinon 18-55 2.8-4 at 250 euros. With 800 euros I have a decent starting equipment, although maybe I will switch to a fujinon 18-135, to have all the focal covers and I feel satisfied. It may sound silly, but it is a machine that would be able to use even a child, if you put everything automatically the machine (a rather rare case for those of its headband) makes beautiful shots. The iso are real and usable up to 12000, this is also a great novelty for me, until today I was forced to stop on the 3200, here the noise is there but it is not colored and therefore does not bother me. While the entry level kit is quite cheap, the other optics are not, but the quality is already assured in this 18-55, tropicalized, crisp and fast (despite not being ultrasonic it does not make any noise and focheggia on any subject; in case of poor lights a light and focuses even in the dark). The guineas are in 80% of the cases fluid and pleasant, only the smaller ones of the shooting modes and the display meter are a bit uncomfortable. The viewfinder is fast, it doesn't even seem to be electronic, the display is a little slower and orients well only vertically (occasionally I play pretending it's a cockpit sight). Sore button is the ergonomics, greatly improved with the purchase of the vertical grip, and the battery with ridiculous life, but I have pre-empt 5 batteries, of which 3 to keep inserted with the bg. The jump from aps-h to mirrorless with crop 1.5 tempted me and scared me at the same time, I must say that the landing was pleasant.

Pros: Colors and white balance, hold noise that does not make the FF regret too much, direct commands, lenses with PDC reduced almost comparable to the FF, viewfinder

Cons: Zoom lenses not always up to par, good lenses are often without rain resistance and/or with slow autofocus, the dynamic range is not that of a FF even with low use (maybe some think so), conversion in the machine of unnerving raw, zooms are not much ( if not the red xf)

Opinion: I've been using it for 9 months and I give it 8.5/9 as a vote and system. I took it when prices dropped for the arrival of the xt3 otherwise I wouldn't have taken it. It's a great trade-off between FF and 4/3 portability. The image quality, especially in shadow and light recovery, is not that of Sony a7 mark2. But it's more than enough and the noise holds it up well. Fixed lenses provide shallow depth of field that does not make the FF regret. The colors and white balance are very good compared to the Sony a7 and the Panasonic GX 85 that I had. The main problem for is the lack on the best stabilizer lenses, the lack of protection to the water (although in the rain nothing happened to me with the 23 1.4) and the lack of a fast autofocus. They didn't make the series A and B lenses. The perfect machine does not exist, this is a great all-rounder (although the FF in the matter of weights and costs are not far away)

Pros: Aesthetics, price, file quality, ergonomics, colors, Fuji goals

Cons: For now, no one

Opinion: After falling in love with Fuji with an X100S, I sold all my Canon kit to take the X-T2, I was long undecided whether to take this or the X-T3, or an X-T20/30, but then, thanks to a very affordable price - even considering that it has been a long time coming Ita the X-T3 - I opted for the X-T2. In addition to the affordable price, I was convinced that the X-T2 files work perfectly with Lr6, not forcing me to a subscription with Adobe. The machine is beautiful, like all the other Fuji, certainly not a feather weight but comparable to the entry levels Canon (almost identical to my old 760D), but with a much higher quality and characteristics; excellent ergonomics, especially when compared to the X100 series, which are a bit small for my hands. Many customizable keys and the dials available. The strength of the Fuji system are definitely the files (especially the JPg SOOC) and the goals, all of a truly exceptional quality, although then the price goes up a little: forget the Canon goals from 100 euros or a little more (I think the excellent 50STM or 24STM) , but expect a quality comparable to Canon's L-series. I mean, i think the X-T2 is still a machine that I would recommend.

Pros: Used has an honest cost, is small and light, has a nice viewfinder and everything is where it needs to be.

Cons: First of all the battery, working with a machine that does 300 shots I think is IMPOSSIBILE. I use it for work, but like all the fuji that I had heats up a lot and after a few shots, during a session sometimes it is blocked and goes off and on again, or no longer focuses anything.

Opinion: It's a small car outside and big inside, you hold it in your hand like a compact with steroids, the graves are beautiful and very comfortable, you set everything up in a flash. Unfortunately, Fuji does not give me much reliability because often (both she and my H1) the autofocus crashes or impasses. I tried to reinstall the firmware, but it did not solve, turning off and reoning then restarts immediately, I took it as a price to pay to switch from Reflex to mirrorless, after all even the first digital did not work just like a watch, then I trust in Fuji that creates a more stable update. The files it churns out are beautiful and workable, personally I do not use Jpeg that, even if they made the fortune of Fuji, I do not like. I come from the film that I still use with satisfaction and apart from the Acros simulation, the others I find a very cunning means to sell cameras. I always shoot in Raw that I find really good, at the high iso behaves nice and does not vary colors, I use the color grading with each shot and also having a Sony A7 at the end the results are quite similar since then the colors vary them to my liking. In short, to this Xt2 I give full sufficiency, nothing miraculous and nothing dramatic, a great machine to play and mediocre to work.

Pros: File quality in jpeg, tropicalization, weight, optical quality

Cons: Selectors ghiere, suboptimal ergonomics

Opinion: Good evening, I am the owner of a blog, trekker, mountaineer 4 seasons where I make and publish articles, but especially photographs, with predominant subject the environment Outdoor Mountain, on average I spend 250 days/year between the Mountains, in every season and condition Weather, I needed a light machine body, tropicalized, optics with a high price/quality ratio, I'm not interested in videos, my "philosophy" is to create reports and images that reflect reality and know how to transmit and communicate emotions without artifice in "post production", I do not and do not want PS/LR and various sw to work images, the camera must be an additional "eye" that memorizes all this!!! with the FUJI XT2 I found the camera I was looking for. JPEG files that are, almost always, usable as they are( if they don't go well I'll throw them back) just don't overdo it with VELVIA, great image detail, not excessive weight of the Camera/Target set, good tropicalization, handy commands. I would have preferred better ergonomics with a more pronounced handle (in the style of Olimpus om de m1), but with an "additional" I almost solved with a few tens of euros, I find that the selectors, coasial to the guineas, are uncomfortable and a little "rough" to use

Pros: Aesthetics, dial-hand controls, image quality, cost, autofocus

Cons: Ergonomics (totally personal, I was better with the X-T1), held high iso in difficult circumstances but ignorable if you do not have to make large prints

Opinion: I'm not a professional, I'm a photoamateur and passionate, I had the x-t10, x-t1, x-t20 and I can say that the X-T2 is the right final evolution of my personal growth in the fujifilm system. Perfect on every occasion, now irreplaceable (the x-t3 does not interest me, I think it is more suitable for video makers), I am totally satisfied and happy every time I take it in my hands, even without shooting; She just misses the meow, but it's total love.

Pros: aesthetics, essential controls without entering the menu, many new options inserted via firmware, price of the new and used today, compactness, optical quality. Good EVF crosshairs, excellent JPG files, burst, autofocus

Cons: RAF file, battery life, possible "freeze" of the machine at temperatures of about -10 C or less, price of optics, used prices for optics and machine). A bit of a tint selector, third-party optical number, confusing menu, not-too-high ISO noise

Opinion: I think there are few people who use it professionally and I don't think they rely on more than one Fuji machine body during work. This machine according to Fuji should be the one suitable for landscapers or in any case for people who are often in special weather conditions. She suddenly got stuck after a short winter hike of about 4 hours. Held for about half an hour in the cold, she no longer answered the commands, dead. It's hot. I had the opportunity to use a Pentax KP at a shelter with temperatures that reached -25 and never had any problems. I mean, it's not an "adventure" machine. Despite this the machine has many useful functions such as focus stacking and focus bracketing and certainly as autofocus is a very reliable machine considering also the fact of the impressive burst therefore very suitable for sporting events - naturalistic. In post you recover a lot of the shadows as long as you arrange in photoshop the classic halo that shows up after. If you want to try the fuji system in my opinion it is worth spending less on a used Xt1 or Xt20. The quality as reported by others does not deviate much and they definitely cost much less.

Pros: Handling, AF with the latest update, construction, quality of Raw with top workability, quality and various styles on jpeg that in 90% of situations is ready to use.

Cons: To get the most out of Raw you have to use a well-compatible program.

Opinion: The xt2 to date after 3 years since its release is among the top, it has everything it takes to last over time and be squeezed to the last bit. The only small note is that to get the most out of Raw you have to tame it with suitable software, but in 90% of the shots (which I do) I do not need because the jpeg has a unique stamp with the ability to adjust everything and prepare 7 personal styles starting from the f fuji's amose film so that you are ready for printing and publishing.

Pros: Image quality, ease of use, optics, weight.

Cons: consumption

Opinion: I have a Fuji (X Pro2 and some optics) system to which I have recently added the XT2. I'm not a pixel hunter for which I do not fully agree with some opinions expressed previously, and doing especially street I find that the whole system is enviable for portability and quality, in particular the XT2 is manually unimpeachable and with a AF definitely good. I agree that probably a FF SLR has everything you want, but having made a choice in carrying less weight possible (and ride anyway with 2 camera bodies and some optics!) I know I have given up some possibilities. At night I use ISO 3200 and I can agree that other machines do better, but I do 60x40 prints on valuable paper for exhibitions with flawless results. Before changing the system I will think, also because, wanting to look for other possibilities, with lenses Leica, Voigtlander or my old Zeiss CY is doing very well.

Pros: Size and portability. Silent shooting

Cons: Foliage effect, Not sensitive differences with respect to XT1

Opinion: I Thank Francesco Daniele for the Unsoul that finds me in agreement. Read your comments I think that I will orient on NIKON D 7500 of which I hear very well (proven that of a friend). I already Own Nikon and D750 optics. As a second body I think it should be performing and small in size. We gladly accept advice and suggestions. Thanks and a hello everyone.

Pros: Electronic viewfinder

Cons: High non-optical third party ISOs, prices

Opinion: Was my first ML, as opposed to before the without mirror, l I have taken to enter the world ML, the approach was good, I liked the electronic viewfinder really well defined.. The AF pretty good, the JPEG's with the noise reduction are too mixed up, setting it to 0 improves., and here's the sore note, the high ISO several praise this thing, but not everyone knows that, Fuji has an ISO calibration other than the other houses, example: 2500 ISO Nikon Equivalent to Fuji 6400, I did the tests also by mounting the same optics first on Nikon then on Fuji with Ring.. Well the difference in ISO is over one stop.. But I think it is normal considering it is an APSC, you can not get performance from FX. I find the high prices to be APSC, see xh1 that has now fallen a lot in less than 1 year (maybe because it was a flop?) Even the policy Fuji I do not like, OK we do not do FX, but why do they exit machines of lower category, even in the lapse of little time, which all have the same quality? The H1 that has the stabilization on the sensor, for the rest has the same quality D image of XT2 xt20 Xe3 Xpro2., if I buy a flagship like the xh1 I think it should stand out from the rest.. Instead with a cheap xt20 I could get the same quality as an H1.. Which is indeed a flagship bhà.. Another thing Fuji is a niche product, has no third party optics, the optics that make some are of great quality as the 56 1.2 I love so much or 23 1.4, others do not taste just like the 27 2.8., then why not entrust the production of some optics Also To third parties? Since someone already does it on Amazon there are optics with Fuji attack produced by several companies but only in manual focus., also has many small and almost invisible pros allow you to work well on styles such as Reportage La Street, I love the aesthetics remind me tant Or the old film machines with manual ring nuts, shooting with Fuji is exciting, but if you want quality for me you have to bet on FX

Pros: Construction, lightness, intuitive menu.

Cons: Small handle for big hands.

Opinion: I'm an amateur photographer.. Like all camera bodies the feeling is personal but it is the thing that has had more weight in the choice for the XT2. Despite the lightness you have immediately the impression of having something sturdy in your hand. All buttons are customizable. Joystick fast and very useful, never without. 24MP are the right compromise and they work fine even at high ISO. with heavy lenses (e.g. 50-140mmf 2.8) Freehand You do not have a good grip and the wrist suffers (I tried a H1, the greater grip and the shutter button moved further on are more comfortable). For a while I will spend only in goals.

Pros: Operating speed

Cons: Confused detail, closed shadows. Price.

Opinion: I bought it 2 times! I had already the XT1, the first time just out, disappointment compared to what it cost and at the XT1. Sold. I bought it back after a year nothing had changed. I've got my xt1 back. Operatively It's fast and has a good AF. Ii files products need, according to my taste, a laborious passage in photo-retouching.

Pros: Weight, size, quality, feeling, usability, 3200 ISO sensational, discretion

Cons: I would say very little but to be picky: battery life with intensive use, sometimes a little too much uncertainty af with little light and AF video side

Opinion: After almost a year of use I can confirm that it is an exceptional and high quality mirrorless. The analogue feeling that gives is really the maximum of lust... You can make us street and shoot a meter from the subject without even noticing, you can take it on the road, on holiday and in all those exits where the reflex on the shoulders you would feel (and so). With the dedicated ISO/timing/aperture rings (on the lens) and comp. Exp. You already have everything under hand instantly and no need to turn on or watch the display, with the film simulations already preset the JPEG then comes out often pretty much ready already. It does not replace but perfectly complements my 5d4 for any non-professional photographic needs. I recommend an upgrade to X-T3 only for professional and video needs (especially AF). Rated 9.5

Pros: Ergonomicity, technology, lightness, dynamic range, ISO seal, JPEG and raw output files, 4k video.

Cons: Battery tightness.

Opinion: After about a year of use Poesso finally review this machine, I made the transition from full frame Nikon (D3 and d610) not so sure of the choice because of the fact that a mirrorless could not compete for the operation and quality of the files. I have changed my mind almost immediately, an exceptional machine, light, practical, fast, ergonomic, in short, a bomb. Slowly I left the Admirals more and more at home and sold them both. Fuji has outdone itself..

Pros: Ease of use, manageable body and not cumbersome, jpeg files fabulous (if well managed), excellent image quality, dynamic range beautiful beautiful (at least for what are my taste), excellent performance at high ISO with bright lenses, 4k files really excellent and an equally full hd well defined (for those who make videos).

Cons: Ergonomics a bit 'left in the background' (solvable with the bg), very expensive cost on most of the original lenses (but you know, the quality you pay).

Opinion: I took this little gem about 20 days ago and I'm getting really good. A mirroless that for my uses (portrait, street, landscaping) is more than performing. In terms of quality, it has all the credentials to play with just as many brand names as emblazoned at a fair price. The classic machine that in terms of quality / price is more than good. A well-made menu, simple and intuitive, manual rings that are a boon to work in manual. The 18-55 usually supplied with the kit is not limited to being a 'kit lens'. It 'a very good and clear everything to do, bright enough that produces beautiful images and with a focal excursion that allows both a bit of landscape that portrayed. Find them 'kit lenses' of this invoice with aperture 2.8-4. Unfortunately, the batteries have a very short duration. 4k video files have a limitation of 15 min. with only the body, but taking its bg the option is extended to 30 min. In addition, the BG allows you to work with moreugrave; tranquility as it houses two batteries, plus the one in the recess of the grip (3 in tot), ensuring a lasting and reliable work performance. I would say that for this kind of 'consumption', the BG is almost an obligation. In short, on balance an excellent purchase, and absolutely to be recommended in case anyone was undecided in taking a mirroless at an affordable cost with pro results.

Pros: management through the various external dials, viewing the result during shooting, speed and focusing accuracy.

Cons: poor grip (little protrusion) of the drive and exposure selectors, position of the function keys to be reviewed, quick menu not exploitable, high iso not too satisfactory, battery life, RAF to understand how to manage.

Opinion: I own this XT2 recently and I come from a reflex dated so some of my performance judgments could be too optimistic since the comparison can only be done with those of my former Pentax. It is therefore better for me to dwell on defects. I start by saying that the small body for me is a bit 'a handicap but I would still be good if the lenses were 27mm but with other optics (at the moment I have only the 18-55 kit and 23 f2) its compactness ( not the weight) becomes almost useless. The lack of stabilization (which I had in the Pentax body) I think is a pretty bad point for a camera in this range because many Fuji lenses are not provided. For noise at high ISO I still have to understand how it behaves because I got some contrasting results that sometimes disappointed me given my expectations after the readings on the tests and the judgments in the forums. The battery as it is known is of limited duration I think for its compactness combined with the great absorption of the camera. I find that the protrusions of the dials of the seletexhibit and drive are not easy to manage because you have to harness them to move them. The function button Fn1 that close to the shutter button seems to me unusable in a practical way and should be moved and the Q menu I expected very different with the ability to select in the various screens also different options in order to have screens with parameters dedicated to example one to video options one to flash options etc. instead of having to switch between Fn MY and Q menu. I think the quality of the camera body is inferior to my old Pentax, especially the little doors look like the doors of a toy car. I must also criticize the fact that different lenses have the aperture ring with continuous rotation without the possibility of setting the aperture in advance if not looking in the viewfinder or in the display, losing what should be a peculiarity of this camera. At this point one wonders why I took it. A little out of curiosity about the mirrorless, a little bit39; for the retro charm that brings me back to my analog SLRs and a bit, actually more because the mirrorless should not have problems of f / b focus that sometimes made me suffer a lot. For the merits I refer you to those who can compare it having more recent and performing cameras of my old Pentax.

Pros: Good image quality at low ISO, light

Cons: Ergonomics, menus, materials, poor quality at high ISO

Opinion: I bought a virtually new X-T2 (a few weeks of life, 30 shots and 4 years warranty) at an absolutely competitive price.rnI needed a very light car, to carry around for shots without big pretensions, but had a good quality and responsiveness. Absolutely beyond my expectations, but far from the world I'm used to. My first body is a Canon 1Dx, and obviously the comparison between these two machines can not be done. However, based on previous experience with a Canon 7DII I can still say that we are still far from the reactivity and immediacy of a reflex.rnThe quality of fuji is excellent, and the lens supplied in kit (18-55) has a really good quality / price ratio excellent.rnThe files are practically ready for use, beautiful colors and excellent definition. At high ISO I do not like it. Already 3200 ISO, depending on the conditions, show the limits of the sensor.rnThe electronic viewfinder has disappointed me, perhaps because, reading the various reviews, the aspettative were really high, there is not the reactivity that I expected, and to have it, perhaps, I should buy the battery grip, but losing the lightness. Materials are not flagship. The doors are quite "plastic", I'm trying to get better in the mechanisms of autofocus, for now is a bomb more on paper than in the field, that of 7D2 and 1Dx is quite another thing. But it could be my problem.rnLate ergonomics, spread a veil pitiful, the rings are really fascinating, but some selectors are heavily uncomfortable.rnI find the menu a bit 'confusing, but the thing that irritates me the most is that it is not stored the position of the last used item. Really inconvenient.rnI wanted to emphasize more the flaws that the merits, because I think in these cases you get a little 'too much euphoria and excitement.rnThe X-T2 is a mirrorless excellent, but for me it is less than not on paper.rnIn the photo d & #39; action continues to be a few steps under the good reflexes.

Pros: Build quality, customization, image quality, white balance, EVF viewfinder, double slot, tropicalization.

Cons: Hard and unfunctional exposure ring, RAF to convert with Iridient Developer

Opinion: After several puzzles, I decided to take out my Canon FF kit, in favor of this great camera, overall I did a few jobs, but I have already found the right feeling. A feature of the X-T2, like other models of Fuji home, and the priceless utility, is undoubtedly the electronic viewfinder is something you get used to a lot but very quickly, and you hardly go back, bright, fast (up to 100fps in boost mode) , and by far more versatile than traditional optical viewlights. You have immediate control not only of the shooting parameters, but it is consultable the distribution of the brightness of the scene through the real-time histogram; The same applies to the management of the balance of the white evaluable without removing the eye from the viewfinder. Exposure estimation errors are reduced to almost zero, guaranteeing a perfect result from the first shot. The other thing that I find priceless is the rendition of Noise, which with Canon was actually noise, here instead we are at the level of the film, Grana you say well fine grain without the annoying balls multicolored, so pleasant for my taste. On the general ergonomics I immediately say that the style has its strengths, but also its flaws, I find the position of the shutter button uncomfortable compared to a reflex, but I would say that it is a minimal thing, the battery grip partly supperisce This lack but only for the Shooting vertically, but it is undeniable the fascination that conveys that desire to take it in hand even just to smannettarci a bit is unique. The latest firmware 3 versions are the clear example of how this brand is looking forward to customers ' requests, unlike Canon Nikon and Sony products that replace the shortcomings of old ones directly with other models. But it's all gold no, which I do not like in absolute, but it is my opinion is the light meter, hard small and difficult to move, I would in the future that the function could be delegated to another button or ring, already as happened for the ISO , which can be varied from the front roll using always the right hand. RaF management Yet a Neo let's say small but there, you have to use iridient Xtasformer to get the most from the Demosaic raw and work with LR, or alternatively C1 I think from version 10.1, for the rest I find it fantastic, and I can safely say That I do not feel the lack of FF, in the future probably will pass to the GF, but I will not go back with DSLRs. Attention not suitable for beginners or newbies!! Go back to the reflex if you don't understand the ML.

Pros: Pleasures of use, physical ring, well-organized menus, construction quality, viewfinder, image quality, 3-sided screen, joystick

Cons: Abode is not the optimal suite to convert its raw, autonomy, eyepiece material that is filled with dust easily, unguarded grip, drive selectors and unsuitable metering modes.

Opinion: The X-T2 is my third Fuji, and has been replacing the X-T1.rn for a few weeks. That's what I think it's just that the X-T1 should have been forever. It is aesthetically very similar, but I assure you that the similitudes end here. It only takes them both, it has a higher quality feel, dictated by the presence of a much stronger gum. The other improvements are: rn-double slotrn-ghiere the AF-Crn-sensor-speed-operating-video subframe improved sharply. rnrnThe defects I cite as "Against" above, I partially solved them with some battery Patona, l 'original hand grip (recommended, but the price of 129 € is ridiculously exaggerated), and the purchase of Iridient X-Transformer.rnrn For the rest that say, the generated file is rich in detail, I think there is no aps- c better, shadow recovery is great as the various pellicol simulationsfor those who shoot in jpeg ... every now and then the cut right for the pleasure of the touch and feel it returns! rnPrice is not economical, but I would say I recommend to anyone who wants a professional and solid WR body, together with lightness and image quality.rn

Pros: Operational speed, sensor, high ISO resistance, design, weight and feel, spectacular RAW, JPEG

Cons: batteries (but really does not count)

Opinion: Fantastic machine, purchased in lieu of a Pana lx-100 with which I made the bones. A revolution. The machine is snug and responsive, with a fantastic image quality. The colors are gorgeous, to those who like the style of the X-TRANS sensor and the files are extremely malleable. Shadows and high lights are almost always recoverable in well-exposed shots and allow very deep machining. At a constructive level, the feeling is very good and you understand immediately that you are dealing with a body capable of supporting massive workloads. I abused on my last trip to Indonesia in any photographic field and I can say that it feels great in any situation even if its discreet nature is the privilege of Street and Reportage. The autofocus is very fast and surprising for its reliability. The batteries are perhaps the only unique one, but with an original and two good Patona you can safely reside a couple of days. Charging in the room from some overheating problem.rnThe shades are really special, both on the incarnationyou're in black and white conversions giving you shots worthy of the best film. rnTake the controls and especially the joystick. The tilting screen is a good surplus and it looks great on the super EVF. With old school checks is not for everyone.

Pros: Handy, intuitive controls, quality and tactile strength, files

Cons: WiFi, removes for modification of measurement mode and drives

Opinion: Taking a little but it was a thunderbolt. Aesthetically beautiful (for me obviously), robust and usual, tropicalized, handy and intuitive. The commands are all comfortable except the two levers to change the measurement mode and drive, my fingers tire a little to "feel the levers", maybe it's just a matter of time. Display and electronic viewfinder very crisp and full of information, I did not notice delays through the viewfinder but I have to first try it with fast subjects. The AF is great. The camera's WiFi can not hook it to the smartphone for remote control, but reading the reviews on the app the problem is due to an update. RAW perfectly machinable in Camera Raw. I can not evaluate the jpg file because I never click it in that format. The tilting screen does not turn to the left, I never felt the need for a twisted screen, so I'll give it a reason. Great joystick

Pros: Quality files, ease the manual focus, configurability, bracketing evolved

Cons: Battery life

Opinion: Short (and partial) review of the Fujifilm X-T2 I'm testing by some giorni.rnVengo by a system Canon (5D MK2) so some judgments may be affected by this experience. In the past I have used other digital cameras (Pentax K200, K7, K5) and M mirrorless Canon and M3.rn rnPerchè switch to Fuji? RnQuante times we left home the reflex not to take on too much weight, before returning home repentant for the quality of the photos taken? A quality compact would solve the problem, but I wanted the versatility of a complete system, so the natural choice of a mirrorless. I tried with Canon but I was not happy, then let me borrow an X-T1 .... rnL'ho used for a wedding, taking direct JPG, so I sold all the material Canon.rn rnPrime impressioni.rnBella !! ! It looks like a classy analog SLR, a camera output 80s. When my girlfriend saw it for the first time asked me if there is a roll of film ..... any comment is superfluo.rnSolida. Ghierand controls, flaps and overall quality improved a lot compared to the X-T1. It holds well in hand, do not complain if it is small because it's as big as most of the mechanical reflex we used to decenni.rn rnMirino.rnIl best electronic viewfinder I've ever seen, it is a pleasure to use it and put a hand flare, which was quite frustrating with viewfinders of cameras. We can superimpose the image of the whole, levels, histogram, shooting data, settings. The zoom of the focus area is automatically activated if you work in MF. If you do not want to use the viewfinder display we are adjustable now also verticale.rn rnMessa to fuoco.rnVeloce and exact. The focus area can be adjusted in magnitude until it is reduced to a tiny dot. The point of focus moves instantly from virtually anywhere via a handy joystick, without taking your eye from the viewfinder. The manual focus makes use of various aid systems, I almost always use the focus peaking with the colored line shows the areafocus .... I have almost stopped using the auto focus! rn rnModalità scatto.rnOltre of the normal shooting, there are two burst modes: slow and fast. For both, we can set the maximum number of shots per second, a feature that I think is very useful to use the reasoning machine and not relying on caso.rnHDR. A bomb. Up to 9 programmable shots in 1/3 stop, and if you are still not happy you can make even the white balance bracketing! RnTempi extended up to 15 minutes, the fastest time 1 / 8000.rn rnQualità.rnI files excellent, JPG are awesome, I've never seen this level of JPG directly in the car. The zoom display does not allow full appreciate the sharpness but as soon as you open the PC remains open mouth. Although the sensor is an APS-C RAW files retain good workability and noise content. I used RAW up to 3200 ISO, noise is of course but compared to my old reflex is of different types and find it more workable. Maybe on dina rangemica at low ISO MK2 still maintains a small advantage, but impressions and now I can not do a comparative test seria.rn rnEffetti speciali.rnC'è the ability to simulate some films, for younger names like Sensia Velvia or not they say much, but for me it was a blast from the past can trigger a JPG image with the saturation of the old and unmatched Velvia slide. Of course it is a bit 'strange an effect of this type with a nominal sensitivity of ISO 200, but you can also use the ISO 100 setting the LOW extension. The ISO 50 MK2 remain a mirage ..... RNE 'also present ACROS mode complete with filters to get the optimal black and white qualità.rnOvviamente all this is applicable retrospectively if we take in RAW. I had no problems to open RAW Fuji with the latest version of Camera Raw.rn rnConfigurazione.rnPulsanti and shooting modes, functions as an ISO car or extent of the compensation, configuration gammDynamic, response to high or low lights, preview of real time effects, overlapping the collected GPS data on the fly from your phone ..... when I have explored all the customization options you'll probably already old. Simply outstanding, although I can not call them intuitive menu! Rn rnFlash.rnNon there. It comes standard flash a small sled that is fed from the camera, so do not forget to secure the batteries! Good choice. I used the Canon flash 580EX2 directly on the flash shoe without problems, of course, manually !! rn rnDifetti? RnCertamente I will and I'll find out. By the time the first thing that comes to mind is autonomy, than a good SLR is utterly ludicrous. With a fully charged battery, I made an average of 250 shots, a few. E 'need to stock up on batteries and I think for a type wedding service purchasing the grip is to be taken seriously considerazione.rnE' you can increase the autonomy USEDando only the viewfinder, taking off the display, and turning off the pre-focus function which in practice focuses continuously even if you do not press the shutter button, which is useful not to lose the moment .... rnHo also noticed a some inconsistency working with the white balance automatically but I have not done extensive testing because practically never use automatic balancing, were the first shots and I had not yet selected daylight mode that I use ALWAYS in any lighting situation when working in RAW rn rnVarie.rnAl moment I have not got to try other exciting features, such as continuous autofocus configurable to our needs. I also have not yet carried out the calibration of the color response with the creation of its profiles, so I can not say how much it deviates from the "real" calibration of Fuji, to the eye seems very well tarata.rnPosso say I'm convinced I made the right thing for me, for my way of taking pictures, going to Fuji.rnI test system I made them using two focal length lensesfixing 23 and 50 mm, both f / 2. I'm trying also a Samyang 12 f / 2 which really very promising. The profiles of the Fujinon lenses are always applied automatically, so the file is opened in PC is correct, distortion and vignetting with virtually absent .... and I like it, I've never been a fan of the vignetting.

Pros: Feeling of strength and pro body, af, electronic viewfinder, ease of use

Cons: Improved menus and some buttons are awkward to click

Opinion: After ten days of use I wanted to bring back some of my impressions "hot" on camera and write a recensione.rnL'ho tested properly on a trip to Umbria (to be honest I'm still here) and in the days that I did tourists through the streets of Assisi and during a matrimonio.rnÉ the review I wrote on my Instagram, written defect so as they come to mind the things I post without following a precise pattern ... I hope it can be useful to someone who is going to buy ... rnUna machine that immediately gives a top sensation, as soon as you pick it up you understand that Fuji took care of every detail, every detail, without neglecting anything, solid and with quality materials. Since we're talking about the top range of the brand it took for granted and it would be shameful if it were not so. RNA Actually, I had a better feeling with the X-Pro2 but I have chosen to bring home the XT2 AF (say more responsive) and the rings that allow you full control even with the machine off. The X-Pro2 has perhaps an ISO ring a little 'uncomfortable (which is activated by bringing up one of the times) but it will certainly be appreciated by older users Fuji seen celebrating the style that was present in older analog marchio.rnTornando of the review, I I tried to test it properly and only with the lens kit (18-55mm f.2.8-4) .rnPartiamo right from the lens. I was amazed. Everything seems less a kit lens. Finally a brand that has decided to use decent lenses for even the kit instead of the usual bottle of funds. The optical deserves and really recommend it to all those who do not like the fixed goals or who want to shoot right away, without sacrificing quality. No compromise even a nice gain than the 16-55 that weighs and costs twice as much, but that does not improve quality. A lens from the weight that you can carry with you all day without stancarvi.rnLa camera, as I have said on other occasions, is very simple and complex at the same time. rnUna once you understand everything becomes abba2339; I did but the ability to do so is reassuring in some situazioni.rnLa machine responds immediately. It is ready and responsive. Just point already focused and in manual the fun is guaranteed. rnAggancia always even in low light and found it greatly improved compared to that of xt1.rnUtilizzando programs also can speed up a lot but, in my opinion, we are not at the levels of an SLR. There may be, however. You can shoot in a split second but it is not its purpose. It allows you to get inside the scene (especially with 18-55) and also shoot without disturbing those around you by side. It goes unnoticed and you learn to think better. You learn to predict the scene and really capture the moment. All without attracting too much attention of others. rnSono was impressed by how easy it is to set the camera, shoot and get a picture without looking at the viewfinder or LCD. I did some tests in this sense, even in areas with little light (ed. Detc. within churches) and the result was beyond my expectations (because I do not get the same result with reflex despite the use for several years now) .rnHo then tried to shoot at people on the street, monuments, backlit , in dark situations, it bursts and doing long exposures and the car has always behaved impeccably. rnCon ISO I have gone up to 6400 and I must say that the results were beyond expectations and also from the side of the times I can only be happy to shoot at 1/8 (or less) without micro-rough. RNLA ability to shoot in fast times (1/32000 Electr.) then makes it possible to shoot at f. 2.8 in broad daylight and get fantastic portraits. rnPiccolo problem. I downloaded the SD in the most important moment of the wedding and saw that I had intended the second card to the jpg (because I want to evaluate precisely the difference between them and RAW) I lost a bit 'of time to enter the menu and find the sequential approach in second SD. Maybe it is my fault, for sure abetter knowledge of the menu or the quick keys would make it easier, but I (with my knowledge still "rough") is not just easy intuition to find the right voice (even though I knew what to look for) .rnVedere preview image is not a blast recently, especially for photography creativa.rnLo silent shooting (electr.) comes in handy in many situations because it really does not feel niente.rnLa battery, however, taking as I suggested before, but can last half a day or a better 2 spare is better to have them. RNLA app for the remote control is not fantastic. It took me two days to figure out how to transfer photos from the camera to the phone once associated. Not that it's difficult but the keys (or rather written) report different things than what useful tilting fanno.rnMonitor for verticale.rnScene pictures, films, movies etc. I have not tried them out yet. Not crazy I go to these things but I will do the same, as soon as I can to have a bit 'of time to study them meglio.rnI files seem very workable (I do not think what those of d750, but they work) and jpg are good and ready to use. rnCome second and third phase of testing are satisfied. In church I've only used the xt2 to ISO high and photos are very good. rnPer the moment is top marks even though, when I picked up the reflex to make some shots in the location where it is kept the receipt, the feeling I have with my D750, says er rubbish, "nun if he beats "and shoot at ISO 5000 without even check the shot is priceless ... which translated means feeling safe. rnih conclusion: good feeling - good - excellent practicality - transportability menu great - excellent picture quality - better than good workability - pro excellent feel - more than good manual - more than good speed - street excellent use even with 18/55 - Rep. Quality / reasonable / good price (it might seem expensive but there are much lower APSC with similar prices or already in Flash, pis; There). rnAffiancandola to an iPhone or other smartphone you have found the perfect companions for your travels ... rn

Pros: agile

Cons: color management

Opinion: Two days ago I was at fuji xphotographers day in rome and I tried both the pro2 that t2. have been "fast" evidence, since, especially x t2, the queue was high and the room was available 10 minutes each. while confirming the excellent impressions received in the previous two years by fuji products, I was frankly disappointed by the evidence in constant light with a model. the pro2 I could also try out and did absolutely his duty, but both me from disappointed in terms of color management in studio.in this surely there is the inability to optimize the performance of an unknown camera in 10 minutes, but they are quite accustomed to such issues and time hath not convinced. I repeat, I speak only of shots in continuous light. I brought with me my nikon d750 and I wanted to make a rebuttal. was another matter entirely! favolosa.ribadisco color management that I have dismantled a pinch with xpro2, while I have not touched almost nothing of the xt2 settings (in 10 minutes did not make sense), but I guessthat it had already optimized during the trial by organized study.

Pros: ergonomics and layout improved from the XT1. Car perfect and widely customizable focus. 1/8000 of a second native. Quality EVF and LCD by reference. Battery consumption optimized than the previous model

Cons: price. closed shadows. Some functions, if enabled, disable the ring of light reading

Opinion: I bought the XT2 on the first day of my last trip and immediately put to the whip. With her I took 90% of the photos taken during the trip, therefore I think I made a pretty clear idea of ??how this machine. Many considerations that I made in my review on XPro2 can be copied and pasted for this XT2. really good car, very good indeed, but nothing revolutionary like the Fuji marketers want you to believe. The upper dials are now much easier to use and it really has it all at your fingertips. The joystick to move the focus point and 'truly functional (as on XPro2) pity that I always forget! For nearly 30 years I have been accustomed to where I need to focus and then recompose and therefore do so now. Then after taking I remember having that fabulous joystick !!! Personally I am very happy with the switch exposure compensation value placed on "C" so that with a little touch on the Front Dial can range from-5 To +5 taking the eye in the sensor mirino.rnIl is the same XPro2 and it therefore follows all pregi.rnI first two days I have had problems with reading light. Then, thanks to the manual, I discovered that if you turn the face detector and AF + MF function the dial reading of the light is turned off! This will be a thing easily adjustable with one of the updates that will be released. The default machine tends to close the shades, therefore I am better holding it set with a shadow value of -1. However, this sensor allows you some of the areas of recovery truly amazing shade for an APS-C! RnL'af is perfect with the latest goals (16mm, 35f2, 90mm) and the gap between ml and reflex was finally filled in fact af! The machine seems to consume less battery power than the XT1. In the box it is given supplied the new Battery Fuji high performance (according to Fuji) but I have not used and therefore do not imbalance in merito.rnVisto I was there I also took the dedicated battery grip. with questa configuration the car is in hand is a beauty as well and you can have 3 batteries simultaneously. The battery grip is also equipped with outlet to charge the batteries without removing them from the machine. Useful solution for those who do not want to disassemble the battery grip each time you want to recharge the battery which is housed within the body macchina.rnLa vertical portion of the battery grip (the one that is engaged by middle, ring and little finger) seems to be a little thin and does not give me a great feeling of solidità.rnL'EVF is fantastic and very crisp display. rnCome I've got to write Pearl XPro2 I usually travel to places where the humidity and the heat are very high. I sudo so that the primate record and thus the machine is constantly wet. In addition, in Southeast Asia it will always happen, on every trip, to catch you a downpour of those impressive and I must say that with moist machine from morning to night and totally wet machine under a 40-minute deluge did not have itssun problem whatsoever. Sign of a serious and well made tropicalization is the body of the machine that ottiche.rnNel Overall I think a 9.5 machine, however, I give "only" a 9 by virtue of the price that seems high for an APS-C.rnConsigliata
