sent on 11 Settembre 2024 Pros: Build quality, focal range Cons: Sharpness Opinion: A lens that immediately makes you perceive its build quality because, even if it is made of plastic, it is robust. The focal range is widely versatile. It is not among the darkest lenses, but not even among the brightest, but this focal length did not create problems for me because I have often used it for landscapes for which I have used the tripod. The real flaw compared to all the other lenses I have owned is the sharpness; I tried all the possible adjustments in the camera, but the result was always a poor sharpness compared to all the other lenses (with which I reached a level of definition beyond expectations). As also reported by another user, I also have the impression that it focuses better on near subjects than on distant ones. I'm pleased to see that the photos uploaded to Juzaphoto by other users are well defined; I have almost never succeeded, I don't know if it is due to incorrect adjustments or inability to use PP programs. I have read reviews on the internet about this lens and it seems that the weak point is precisely the sharpness. However, it is a lens that gives satisfaction, if the result is good and / or if you are able to make the correct adjustments on the camera and with photo editing programs. I do not advise against it.
sent on 11 Settembre 2024 Pros: Focal range, construction, practicality Cons: Not a monster of sharpness Opinion: It is a lens that makes the quality/price ratio its winning weapon. By now you can find it very little, especially for those who use Pentax bodies like myself. The results are fair to good if you use it in the range from f8 to f12 (after that due to diffraction it is better to leave it alone) even if at the corners at the minimum focal range a certain softness always remains. At full opening, better to leave it alone. If used in combination with DxO it can give good satisfaction. It is not too heavy and even if it is made of plastic it seems to me excellently built. For the rest, it has the characteristics of all the wide angles ... tendency to flare even heavy and various distortions, but it's okay. At this price, what to expect?
sent on 11 Febbraio 2022 Pros: Angle of view. Durable construction. Cons: Unclear colors not always homogeneous Opinion: Used socket at an attractive price. The angle of view is remarkable. Pecca quite sharpness but overall gives granitic shots. It is a robust companion that gives important emotions. Post production must be managed in the best possible way due to colors that are not always homogeneous and a few too many flares. Excellent construction, including the hood. For me it is a lens that if found used at a great price gives very interesting satisfactions.
sent on 03 Maggio 2020 Pros: I've taken about 10,000 photos in 9 years that I use it, and I like it more and more day by day, (Maybe and why I can't afford anything else).... Cons: The Distortion is minimal, recoverable in PP nothing to say, I noticed that if you photograph with the trepide you work better... Opinion: When I bought this lens I thought I had made a sleech in the Purchase, because I didn't know how to use it a Ultagrandangolo lens....!!! Without VC I found it uncomfortable. Then in some photos of professionals, reading and practicing intensively, I realized that I am obviously wrong it was mine.... And now for a few years I have been convinced that you have to know how to use it, and the results you see them day by day, certainly compared to an AF-S 10-24 Nikon and different not much, even the costs would be different take two with nikon's price talking about the AF-S and not the AF-P the prices have now also dropped quite a lot ... By making a mistake you learn, and you understand that satisfaction sooner or later will come you have your own Eyes.... A GREAT GREETING.... (mgnello)
sent on 04 Gennaio 2016 Pros: Zoom range, price (used). Cons: AF slow, indecisive and noisy. Unclear on the entire frame, worse still at the edges. Opinion: I state that I do not own personally that goal but I use it when I need because I have a good friend that lends it to me willingly. We talk about the version with bayonet Nikon F. It has a focal length very interesting because, starting from 10mm, you have to be careful not to photograph their feet but gets to 24mm which allows you to do a lot, the same corner of the classic 35mm FX. Excellent excursion for city and street art and even indoors, with a good external flash or a good light management. Distorts enough at the extremes of the excursion but, in view of this, it adjusts PP with a single click, losing some degree in the shooting. Then you have to learn during shooting to manage creepage correcting them with the PDR or otherwise exaggerating for creative effects. The AF on my D5100 is very slow and often hesitates in getting the fire, in the viewfinder or in LV is about the same (so to speak!), And when it is not always accurate, you should always check the shot as it is done to see if fire went dovand she wanted. You hear the noise of the focus for me is not a problem but it can be where you need complete silence. I do not know if this is exemplary but it seems to me very clear to all openings, with no significant differences between the focal. The edges in some cases their own pulp, depends greatly on the distance of objects, it seems to get better on its neighbors, of those far worse. The only way I found to correct the sharpness is to do multiple shots and combine them into PP. Backlit suffering and we must be careful to reflections that can reach to cover the entire frame, attention to artificial light that, if they are not the center of the frame, leaving ovalizzate.rnHo also tried the equivalent Nikon, which costs three times but difference is obvious. Ultimately I'd buy it only if you had a very low price, otherwise I would try the Nikon making a financial sacrifice.
sent on 04 Gennaio 2016 Pros: Very accessible price, robustness Cons: A little flaw in sharpness Opinion: Bought used / new 160 euro by a private I mount on a 70D, and n can not complain, x is the price (very cheap) x is the satisfaction that is giving me, often distorts a bit, but can be anke pleasant. Canon certainly would have been another thing but the market prices anke use of Canon are still an affordable price x rnpoco my tasche.Finale: I recommend it to all those who love the rnstreet, but only below 200 € more rndecisamente not.

sent on 18 Settembre 2015 Pros: Colors and price hike Cons: Maybe it was 2.8 Opinion: I was very happy with this goal. Used in street and scenery is gorgeous. It has excellent color and allows with its excursion to be very creative. A 10 distorts a little 's image but nothing serious. The use of Nikon D5200 and weighs eccessivamente.il price is ok. Obviously it needs a little 'practice to be able to exploit to the fullest and not take pictures impossible to correct. However good buy
sent on 30 Giugno 2015 Pros: 10mm, saturated colors pleasant, value for money Cons: sharpness wide open to the minimum focal Opinion: Using this lens on Nikon cameras (percu my opinion evaluates the model with a special attack). I took this lens to experience the wide angle range and I was bewitched. I agree with those who say that a 10mm full aperture and is soft and not very sharp at the edges, but using it to f4 to f8 sharpness grows exponentially. Under 12mm distorts some perspective but I personally do not bother in fact I really like the prospects for "exasperated" that is able to give. The autofocus is a bit slow when compared to Nikon lenses and generates some noise (anything that compromises the photos). In the dark you need to check the fine focus. In conclusion I think for use by amateur and enthusiast go just fine! I find it very fun to use with the only compromise not to use it under 13mm at full aperture. I recommend it for those looking for a very wide angle and does not want to spend a fortune!
sent on 24 Febbraio 2015 Pros: Economic, focal interesting for landscape photos, good sharpness Cons: Poor resistance to flare, distortion at wide-angle focal Opinion: Good lens for landscapes of APSC with good sharpness. Autofocus slow but preciso.rnDistorsione accentuated the focal wide-angle, difficult to correct in post, I prefer to use it from 12 up. Does not have a great resistance to flare, but is sharp enough for landscape photos is light and often was my only companion together with a polarizer and the eos 500. We have fun together often
sent on 28 Gennaio 2014 Pros: excellent quality / price ratio, good construction, good saturation Cons: better to use 13mm. up, after distortion. Opinion: I bought the lens used, but in codizioni like new, I feel good for the wide range of focal lengths, use of D90.rnper the use that I find it an interesting optical abbordabile.Se price you want quality at any cost rather go elsewhere, perhaps on optical fisse.Concludendo, offers a lot for what it costs and can give good satisfaction
sent on 13 Febbraio 2013 Pros: value for money, materials, good range of focal lengths Cons: a distortion excessive below 13mm Opinion: you read many negative reviews about this lens ... definitely not a wide-angle high-end and its performance leaves a bit to be desired in some circostanze.rnPer As for me I like very much, you can find affordable and very robust and if you are a beginner I think it is the best choice.
sent on 02 Gennaio 2013 Pros: range of focal lengths for money Cons: little sharpness under 14mm and excessive distortion Opinion: is a good wide angle to begin without great pretensions, allows the use of filters but is unusable for 10 to 13 shots with side details (such as tree branches or similar) to the absolute lack of sharpness, good in the street if you agree distortion, support having an affordable price I find it still too high in proportion to the competitors by far the best.
sent on 22 Dicembre 2012 Pros: Fair construction, robust, good zoom range, price and quality focused, well-saturated colors. Cons: Too much optical distortion to 10, but bearable scarsina brightness, sharpness not at the top (very much in line with the price) made drone to do with attention. Opinion: Tuttto I am satisfied on investment, calmly I could not understand how it works and for people like me who do not vule spending a fortune with this view you can have fun and produce great photos. Attention in low light focus is to get it in hand and maybe check with the LV, the whole optical dignified!
sent on 30 Ottobre 2012 Pros: Good range of focal lengths, affordability, durability and good flow Cons: With focal lengths of 10/11 mm distorts a lot, especially if you have objects side near and distant photo center (typical picture of wide square with side buildings or just internal) forcing futile attempts to retouch after shooting often in vain. In addition to 12 mm no complaints. At night is not so bright, but, considering the price, acceptable Opinion: All in all passable, but we have to deal with very obvious distortions and uneven, especially on the diagonal, even more marked in the corners. With a polarizer and its hood are of great photos. You just have to remember not to use it to 10mm if necessary and only in certain situations, ie where there are no straight lines in the vicinity. Even a picture of a single person full frame, comes with head and feet very disproportionate. Motor for the focus with speed in the standard and high calibration
