It has no aberrations, it does not vignette even with the comfortable 72mm filters, it has a beautiful star, and mechanically it seems to be built very well. The AF with the A1 is very fast, but I must say that it is also good with the A7RIII. The electric controls, which I use for the first time, I find them really very comfortable. Really cool. The distortion is obviously correct in post, but it does not affect the yield at the edges, always high at all focal lengths. But I don't make videos and I find it excellent especially in photography. It allows me to take reportage photos with the weight of an inexpensive prime, go from panoramas at 16m to close-ups at 35. Perfect for landscapes, it doesn't distort, it doesn't do anything, I don't really know what to say, it's always disgustingly sharp. Colors in line with GMs, flare controlled, does not expand when zoomed. If you want to work with a wide lens and not weigh down your backpack and lighten your wallet to be able to say to shoot at f2.8 every now and then, this lens is to be taken without thinking about it for a moment.
