Pros: autofocus, quality of files and colors, which even at very high ISO remain of excellent quality, general speed of the camera, double SD slot.

Cons: not noteworthy for my use

Opinion: taken more for the desire to have it than for utility, I deal with wedding photography and ceremonies so my A7iii and the A9 first version were more than fine. however, this room is an improvement of the already excellent A9. Among the pros I certainly put the autofocus with which I feel good, the high ISO performance which is one of the best you see around, and the quality of the files it returns. The double SD slot for a simple strictly personal reason: I have the possibility with a low expense to have dozens of memory cards always ready to use, and when I find myself doing 20 or even 30 services in a row, it is useful for me to be able to make a backup on the fly on the computer and not have to immediately format the SD cards that I put aside. As for the cons it will certainly have some, but as far as my job is concerned I have not found any, indeed it offers more than what I need.

Pros: Autofocus, High ISO Hold, Battery Life, Sensor

Cons: App connectivity

Opinion: Taken to do "sport" there dominates without problems, AF errors are not even 1% of the shots I take during a game. In combination with the 200/600 I can go up with the ISO without worries, although after 3200 the tones tend to turn cold (but that's okay). Although with 24MP the possibilities of cropping are endless those very few times that I do birdlife I would like to have at least 33MP - problematic in case of sports workflow, so that's okay. On the connection side, always having to send photos at the end of the game, Sony's app is quite poor. I would also like there to be some on-camera editing, very simple, such as shadows/lights, exposure.

Pros: All

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: I love this camera. Spectacular sensor and excellent autofocus for my needs. For some years now it has been part of my kit, giving me a lot of satisfaction not only in the "speed" field, but also in other photographic genres. The feeling you get when using it is that you have a reliable and professional tool in your hand. The battery life is also not bad. Highly recommended

Pros: Those already widely cited as autofocus, high ISO, configurability, ergonomics etc.

Cons: Very low rolling shutter but still present in dynamic shots, exaggeratedly intrusive AA filter.

Opinion: Love and hate for this car. I was looking for a sports body and it is certainly the area in which it gives the best of itself. Af lightning fast and precise, high iso good thanks to the AA filter more than the sensor itself. Excellent ergonomics for sony home and excellent configurability. The rolling shutter is present, it comes out only in very dynamic situations. The general idea that it is not there is due to the fact that simply in 99% of the photographs it is so imperceptible that it results in the actual use absent. The thing I literally hated is the AA filter. At low iso "eats" file quality which is therefore less sharp than it could be. At high iso it does its job, however, this interpolation of the photo makes denoise programs that work better on "smooth" files less effective. This machine is certainly valid in many aspects but I must say that for the investment it requires it did not give me the satisfaction I was looking for.

Pros: ergonomics, autofocus, high ISO resistance, configurability

Cons: for now nothing

Opinion: I have been using this camera for over a year and almost exclusively with FE 200-600 for nature photos on static subjects or in flight. For now I am very satisfied with his behavior at every opportunity. Immediate autofocus engagement and tracking of the subject in flight always precise and reliable. The behavior at high ISO is very valid and this is decisive with fast subjects such as birds where you must necessarily use very fast times (even when stationary I never fall below 1/500 and in flight below 1/3200) which therefore make you inevitably raise the ISO. Another very valid aspect is the configurability of the buttons. In practice I keep the camera always in a suitable configuration for static subjects and then I have 3 other buttons that just pressed make me switch instantly and temporarily to the most suitable configuration for other situations such as for birds in flight, where I use different focus area, fast burst, very fast times, etc. The battery is not that it lasts very long but with a couple of spare you do all day. I also saw that more than the number of shots depends on the time that remains on (with burst shots makes many, always over 1000 without problems). Now with the A1 this camera has lost the scepter of Sony leader but the behavior at high ISO should be compared because if with the A1 you can crop more, and this is very useful in naturalistics, the final qualitative result of the image should then be seen, especially when there is not much light, which is very frequent in this type of photographs. Ultimately.... excellent machine for nature or sports photographs....

Pros: Ergonomics, dual uhs-2 slots, 10fps mechanical shutter, anti flicker, shutter curtain that closes when off, excellent key haptic feedback, eye tracking even in video, variable shutter.

Cons: No synchro flash with electronic shutter, no anti flicker with electronic shutter

Opinion: I took this room about 3 weeks ago, I come from the a9 first model that I took on day one and that I had for 4 and a half years. I can say that even today the a9 is a room that has not been surpassed by some more modern rooms but I wanted to change it just to have a cooler room (I use it for work). With the a9II have been filled with the gaps that were had with the 1, first of all the anti flicker! In many locations (but also churches) with the a9 I could not eliminate the flicker even in mechanical, it was frustrating, finally with the 2 this problem was solved, also has the variable shutter in case the situation was really critical. Second plus the curtain that finally closes!!! What a pleasure to be able to change optics without the thought that something sticks to the sensor. The dual uhs-2 slot and finally the 1 card stands above and not below. Now I can finally use the tough to their full potential. The shutter is finally decent and reaches 10fps. The ergonomics are fantastic, the same as s3, r4, a1. What about a perfect room for my personal use, I would not do it in exchange with anything except a future a9III with anti flicker and electronic flash sync (I do not evaluate the a1 because for me 50mpx are too many).

Pros: all

Cons: nothing, maybe the 24MPx

Opinion: I was very satisfied with the excellent ergonomics and an AF at the highest levels, amazing and perfectly processable rows also good high iso seal, I alternated it with the R4 for MACRO and landscape to take advantage of the greater number of mgpx of the latter. Absolutely to appreciate the silent shot but above all the no blackout of the viewfinder. These functions are very useful in naturalistic, allowing discretion and maximum control of the scene. Battery life is also excellent. The problem of the Sony menu after a while you get used to it, just adapt and appreciate what it "churns out". It's a perfect machine, 10/10.

Pros: A perfect machine in all

Cons: nobody

Opinion: Well what to say an amazing machine body, excellent ergonomics, acidic, amazing rows and a high iso seal that is incredible, in naturalistic alter it to r4 and takes away many satisfactions because it is a machine that in difficult light behaves perfectly, in study services and marriages alter it to r3, and well I can say that that is the money that costs , a perfect machine and for the antagonists it will be hard to create a machine body of this quality

Pros: AF, silent shot, no viewfinder blackout, operational speed, battery, focuspeaking,

Cons: menu, translation of menu items

Opinion: For my part, this does not want to be a review on the merits and flaws of how this Sony A9II goes; For this reason, rely on the many reviews (in Italian or not) present on the web... let's say it wants to be an account after stressing it out on the field 10 months after its release. Between weddings, baptisms, parties, commercials, motorsport, still life, fashion shows and even landscape is a machine that can be used on any occasion. The thing that catches the eye the most is the disarming ease with which it hooks fire and manages to maintain and track... crazy!:feek: Before I switched to ML, shooting at full-time with the reflex set (1DXII, 5D4, etc.) was feasible (sometimes necessary) but often you would find yourself shooting with the wrong fire; Now shooting at TA (1.4, 2.0, 2.8) makes absolutely no difference... perfect fire. During this month of September I had 10 weddings... 90% of the photos taken in TA or almost... had become boring to control the fire. Other formidable fees in situations such as weddings or baptisms: the silent snap and the no blackout of the viewfinder. These last two utilities make an abysmal difference... you don't get attention and you're much more focused on what's happening. Another thing that surprised me pleasantly is the battery life: on a single charge I almost always made it up to the cutting of the cake... really remarkable! Like all Sony camera owners, I also confirm that the menus and translations of the items are very confusing; in this Canon was much better (although programming the mymenu solves a lot of the problem). Always for work I then got to test the video side as well; there are no Slogs and you can't customize the camera color profile; however the result is very good (perhaps a little high saturation level). Switching from an OVF to an EVF at first shocks not a little, but then you get used to it and, personally, I would not go back... Having live exposure that you will have in the final shot is something that facilitates you and speeds up the pre-take operations a lot. Even in the landscape and still life is a room that does not excel, but does not disfigure and never disappoints. Very flexible the multifunctional wheel placed on the upper left side of the body... Exclusive to the A9 line, it makes you change settings with disarming simplicity and speed. Negatives are difficult to find: perhaps the price (consistent with performance and in line with the SLR flagships) and perhaps the lack of a small superior LCD that indicates the essential functions in use (time, ISO and diaphragm). To conclude: super recommended machine!

Pros: LEAVE YOU SPEECHLESS!

Cons: LEAVE THE DESIRE OF ITSELF!

Opinion: what to say, I had the chance to "play" it for an hour and......................... does impossible things!!! And it is (for me) impossible to tell the technical performance because it is like climbing as a normal driver on a Formula 1 single-seater! You enjoy the performance knowing that they are well above your own mastering possibilities. I can only say that to have the money I would have given everything immediately away for her!!! Equipped with FE 85mm f/1.4 GM I could tell his (extraordinary) owner that I simply never saw anything like it. Playing with his menu................ For the first 10 minutes it seems like a labyrinth then but if you "take care" of habits (I Nikon) you understand the philosophy that then as it is obvious that it requires application, time and above all desire. Anyway................ simply perfect even if it remains the opinion of a very normal amateur
