sent on 09 Ottobre 2020 Pros: Size, quality, price. Cons: Menu, lack of crosshairs Opinion: Simply fantastic, it's small but with a more than good quality. I love it for its size, finally a small camera that does not weigh you too much for when you are out and about on vacation. It fits perfectly inside my little shoulder bag. I always refused to go around with a kilo of material around my neck and this was the right solution without sacrificing quality. The menu is always Sony's, a bit messed up, but you get used to it. Too bad for the lack of a crosshairs,I would have given a 10. A good product, with great price quality. The advice for all those who do not want to carry a heavy camera but do not want to give up making good photos (also does them in RAW)
sent on 09 Dicembre 2019 Pros: Very handy, I only took a few photos in iauto mode and with fine resolution and it seems to me that sensor and optics are quite good, reasonable price (300th new). That little photographic technique that I possess comes from the use of a Bronica etrs (4.5/6) in cockpit on which I loved to compose the image!!! The lcd viewfinder seems acceptable to me. I can go back to taking pictures by holding the car in a thousand different positions! And not just attached to the eye anymore!!! Cons: Optical a bit rough as construction. Opinion: I did not have much time to use it I could check the use with Nikon and m42 adapter rings. You can use it quite well Exposes correctly without any problems With any goal: I tried with various Nikons including a wonderful 50mm 1.4 of the 70s, various helios And also a sigma 70 200 x Nikon dx I can not understand instead the rendering of the zoom in kit I use the original SW Sony to manage the Raw But obviously I will have to learn starting fromThe ABC because I get bad results Yet with the NEFs of my Nikon D200 I can combine something decent. By the way my PC with Windows 10 is a sloth. On Ubuntu I do not find SW specific For the moment I will shoot in RAW-JPG format
sent on 18 Giugno 2019 Pros: Size, sensor, practicality. Quality/price. Cons: Lack of function keys. Zoom lens 16/50.Sensor cleanup. Opinion: I had a great approach with Sony's sensors with the compact RX 100 and the mirrorless of the Xianoyi the YI M1. The mirrorless has a great grip, although it does give you the impression that the zoom (poor 16/50) provided unbalances everything forward. Full and nice menu that seems to me a hybrid between the sony rx100 and the Panasonic Gx80 and all in all I find it very practical. They could insert the wheel that selects the shooting mode that is missing (even if it can be integrated with the trash button). I equipped myself (considered the zoom 16/50 which is not to my liking as quality in my opinion) with medium fixed canvas (35mm 2.8 Samyang exceptional) a wide angle (the 16 2.8 Sony great) a fisheye (7.5 7artisans great) and a canvas for portraits (7artisans 55mm great) and adapters to use my Nikon/Samyang /Olympus /Yashica lenses due to high optical prices. Bought from Mediaworld for 349 euros for me it was a bargain. For sensor cleaning lacks the function so I have to be careful of the lens change (fast and in non-dusty places).
sent on 04 Marzo 2019 Pros: Size, file quality, fully tiltable screen Cons: Battery life, screen difficult to read in full sun Opinion: Purchased in 2018 as a second superlight body at a particularly affordable price. Clever little toy. With the kit lens has a footprint comparable to a smartphone, but offers shots of excellent quality, unthinkable with a compact. I was able to easily adapt Canon FD Vintage optics of a great class, recovering an excellent photographic outfit that belonged to my father. JPEG's are very good quality and if you do not want to develop the raw allow you to get a finished product already satisfactory. It is not possible to install flash or external microphones, but being for me a second superlight body is not a real limit. The batteries last a little, but they are extremely compact, so taking them behind someone is not a problem. On the face of real flaws, instead, I would list the screen almost unreadable in full sun and the fact that, if used for movies, "Capti" the Zoom noise (but I think it depends on the kit lens rather than the machine). Menu a little confusing.
sent on 13 Febbraio 2019 Pros: Lightness, size, excellent construction Cons: Kit lens right by kit but for snaps and go okay Opinion: Despite having Nikon SLR cameras I wanted to raise the monkey and I bought this machine, I put it on, over the kit lens pretty sad, a nice Zeiss touit 32 and the Sony 30 Macro. In The future I think I equip it with other fixed quality also vintage. Now I go to portraits and macros, I will let you know the impressions, for now General Jn are good. Greetings
sent on 21 Gennaio 2019 Pros: Adjustable screen and touch. AF, transportability Cons: Lack viewfinder, the autofocus sometimes canna but it's probably because the I have to know better Opinion: Bought it used to be able to take it behind the bike. Good quality after some setting becomes discreetly intuitive, I feel darn the lack of the viewfinder unfortunately, in case I predero the older sister namely the 6000. or the 6300. For the rest nothing to be objected to the reassurance Absolutumantente again clearly used machine to always have with him with quality objectives we climb a step
sent on 31 Luglio 2018 Pros: compactness, unparalleled value, fast AF, high quality shots, touch Cons: Lack of viewfinder (subjective, at the beginning I thought for myself was relative, I actually had to fall back on the body with viewfinder also for this), display in open daylight almost unusable, a little ' too small for those who have big hands Opinion: I bought the car last November, I found an opportunity at the Black Friday from Mediaworld to €399 (price at which the car fell only today, after almost a year). What to say, it was love at first sight, I bring it everywhere thanks to its incredible compactness. I also use Canon lenses with Commlite adapter and I am fine, I bring home almost always great shots, post-products and not. Unfortunately at the beginning I thought the lack of the viewfinder was not a problem, but now, after a few months of use and after testing the display in daylight (unusable) I feel the need to have a camera body with a viewfinder that allows me to see "where I put my feet "even in super-illuminated conditions. The quality of the photos, with correct settings, is really high level (shooting in JPG + raw). Battery life pretty good. Recommended to start.
sent on 10 Settembre 2017 Pros: Compactness, great jpeg, fast, precise focus, teach and recline screen, cost. Cons: Complex menu, iso 2000 maximum limit with pp, battery life. Opinion: I bought this car just recently, I used it with just over 2,000 shots so it's new. As soon as I started to shoot I was really stunned by the very sharp and precise focus, I come from a 550d canon that is really slow without counting it has only 9 focus points instead the sony a5100 has it 179, I said it all . The file quality is definitely a great dynamic range, the iso is the maximum limit and 2000-2500 with a good pp. I got this machine because I wanted something xke pocket whenever I came out I could not bring the reflex, it's too cumbersome, this one is very small, but it's worth more than a 350-lane reflex lens with a 16-50mm lens stacked inside buy different apps like timelapse, etc. I really do not know what's better at this price with these features.
sent on 14 Luglio 2017 Pros: Compact size, file quality Cons: Optical Parks, but it's a Sony limit and not the machine. In very bright days the LCD monitor is sometimes difficult to read Opinion: Hi, it was my first true camera after years with compact, and I must say that he has given me great satisfaction. Its portability is as good as that of a compact. The files are very workable in post production and I recommend to anyone who is approaching the world of photography considering the expense / yield ratio. Great AF and great performance. I strongly recommend for those who like me mainly do landscape and long hiking.
sent on 29 Maggio 2017 Pros: compactness Cons: Noisy to iso already not very tall Opinion: Simple to use and extraordinary versatile in relation to the potentiality. It is not too intuitive at the menu level. The difference between 6000 and above does not have the sledge for the flash and the viewfinder (sometimes missed), but it is the price To pay for its extreme compactness. Its durable battery life is far from reduced as it says around we speak about 450 shots. Fast and accurate autofocus. The only defect is ISO noise already greater than 800. of Made above 1000 is almost unusable even without being particularly fussy. Best to underdrive and recover in post (RAWs are very good) .nnnnunica sb the lack of an average light zoom lens at non-prohibitive prices, it is possible to get cheap vintage optics that can fit perfectly to the body machine size, but clearly Forget about the autofop, with all the pros and consor of the case. To facilitate the use of vintage optics, the peaking & wild focus functionve; awesome.
sent on 03 Aprile 2015 Pros: A camera in your pocket! RNE 'compact, lightweight and can you take of all, after reading the tutorial sony produces files ready for those who can post-produce, saturated colors, beautiful portraits and landscapes in incredible detail or another, some photos are baked at SLR Professional. Cons: Button some more help to accelerate the selection of the parameters of the scene; good battery but if you play with the settings falls quickly. Opinion: =========================> Update 07/01/2016 ================= ==> rnun good start in photography, good quality in most occasions but in situations of changes in temperature and pressure has annoying malfunzionamenti.rnAgli beginning easy to handle and intuitive (almost like a compact camera) but it eventually proved impractical , extensive use of menus and submenus for minor adjustments; too many sacrifices than an SLR, too few optical native! rnSostituita with REFLEX. <======================= RnPremetto that come from a compact camera, which means that I was used all'inquadra and snaps. Never used or ML.rnQuesta SLR camera, in the early days I was left with a bitter taste, I thought arrogantly that enough 2 pictures and I mastered the product and instead I found that the blur, blur and unwanted noise were behind the angle always in my PROVISIONSI, even when not required! rnPoi calmly, I read a bit 'of documentation Sony and ... show! rnrnSforna photo ready! rn- Landscapes (my specialty) with vivid bright colors, always in focus where appreciate the detail and depth, subjects disconnected, photos do not flatter. rn- Portraits (my pet peeve) are outstanding, I have yet to figure out some parameters but I baked the very nice pictures that will satisfy even the models more 'demanding (my girlfriend is quite picky and critical :-P) and without having to resort to Photoshop, soft skin, blurred background, eyes clearly focused and detailed as you like me.rn- Flowers in focus, bright, dettagliati.rn- animals, some difficulties to follow but that detail, the hair, the musetti sympathetic eyes ... there is no comparison with the 16-50 kit prima.rnrnCon I cut down all the limits that I had with my compattina.rnSono managed to get pictures of my cat where each hair has stood out, photos of flowers in focus with a decenyou blurred background and photos with various effects choppy water and a first controlled experiment of night wake limits .... All that I was close with the compact camera precedente.rnrnPer now the only limit are found pictures at night without tripod but here I think it's hard x anyone (also according to documents found online). However if you do not have a tripod and steady hands it is difficult to capture a photo clean and kelp, however the automatic in this machine produces excellent file ... and save the serata.rnCome physical limits of the machine I found the batteries if you play a bit 'is short ... I will have to provide for an extra battery. It would also be useful to have some extra button to customize and facilitate more frequenti.rnrnConsigliatissima x all kinds of users!
sent on 14 Gennaio 2015 Pros: Excellent camera as an alternative to more famous REFLEX. Cons: Unwieldy freehand with long focal lenses. Opinion: Excellent small innovative camera with a wide range of functions that allows the creation of very detailed shots that do not regret the 'use of REFLEX. Lightweight and maneuverable for its firmness in 'continuous use when mounting the 16/50 included in the kit, it is a bit less, with targets at long focal definitely heavier and bulkier, the few that there are currently only tested briefly on the field .
sent on 26 Settembre 2014 Pros: Very compact size, light weight, adjustable screen, quality sensor, large feature equipment, fast AF, USB recharge, 6 FPS burst Cons: Optical Park (native) still Limited Opinion: The Sony A5100 combines advanced features and quality sensor (one of the best APS-C currently circulating) with an extremely compact and lightweight body. The ergonomics is clearly not that of a reflex, but for those who use it almost always on tripod is not a problem. The 180-degree swivel screen is a huge help in macro and landscape photography. You can extensively customize every aspect of the camera, including the functions of various buttons, a surprising completeness for a camera of this headband! Finally, you can recharge it directly via USB, without having an external charger. Together with the A6000, it is among the first Sony mirrorless to be equipped with AF phase detection, as fast as that of the reflex and able to keep the subject in focus during the burst from 6 FPS. The camera itself in my opinion has no major flaws, the main limit is in the optics: the choice of native optics is still decidedly inferior to Canon and Nikon, limiting the possibilities of use in some fields. However, Sony is rapidly expanding its offer, and in the meantime it is possible to use the optics of any brand through adaptors (but renounding to AF). The advice to those who do landscapes, macros and travel photos!
