It is not stabilized, but the excellent stabilization of the machine perfectly compensates for this lack. Opinion: I have been owning this lens for a year and a half now and have used it for mountain landscapes and adventure photography, excellent solution to have a small range of super wide-angle focal length with a very wide aperture. The price is typical of Sigma, not too expensive and above all, halved compared to the SONY equivalent. Excellent image quality, incredible sharpness even at the edges, without exaggeration with vignetting and distortion, the correction with the automatic profile of Lightroom is very effective but not always necessary. The filters on the back are interesting but you have to settle for ND, otherwise NiSi offers at a very high price a slab door made on purpose but has a bit of vignetting at 14mm. The construction quality is valid, tropicalized and protected even with gasket for the E attachment. Personally I almost always use it for adventure photos and landscapes in the mountains and I wouldn't change it. The maximum aperture of 2.8 still makes it effective for night shots of 20/30 seconds (at 14mm). Obviously if you want to take only photos of nocturnal landscapes maybe it pays the same price (About) the Sigma 14mm Fixed 1.8!!! It's a bomb!
